Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Titusville - Space Center

The beds were comfortable and the room was a good size and nicely laid out. I appreciated that there was no carpet in the room! 😊 Parking was easy.

Upon arrival we waited at least 5 minutes for someone to come to check us in. She was semi-friendly. The room has a kitchenette, but no supplies. The shower curtain smelled of mildew. 😟 Breakfast options are yogurt, muffins, granola bars, oatmeal, tea and coffee. By 7AM the coffee urn was empty and the wait too long for a second cup.

The location was great. We were in town for a Birthday party and it was simply a place to sleep. Very clean and well appointed room. The bed was comfortable enough for a hotel.

We had to hunt someone down in the lobby to check in. While not a huge issue, after driving 3 hours to get there, I really just wanted to get checked in. The other issue was that the air conditioner in out room and not cooling the room so the first night in town it was pretty warm. They did get it fixed and the second night it was cooler but still felt like it was struggling.

The location was nice. Right off I95 and nice drive to the Kennedy Space Center.

For Breakfast only the following, Muffins, oatmeal, coffee. The pandemic is over. Let’s have more choices of eggs, and low carbs. Bacon, sausage, ham waffles. I think you can afford it for the Room prices.

Stylish, clean & comfortable; staff was friendly & helpful

We booked with kitchenette for 2 nights but didn’t notice the sign that cutlery, plates, glasses & utensils available on request until day of departure. We brought food to heat & eat but ended up eating out as not even a fork in the drawers. I should have asked but a quick offer at check-in would have made my stay. I know for next time.

The staff and service was exceptional. A young gentleman checked us in and he was very informative. Another female staff was present and also gave us some info in the Kennedy Space Center. The room was clean, the to-go breakfast was great (lots of options and clean station), and check out was easy. Next time we're in the area, we'll be back at ESA.

Hotels usually provide travel soap and shampoo, which ESA did. But, no travel lotion which was a bummer because the travel hotel shampoos and hand soaps dry my skin. Otherwise, everything else was provided and good quality for price!

Property is at the intersection of 95 and 50 so easy to find. Room enormous. (I paid extra 10 per night for extra space) room clean. Shares parking lot with an IHOP and upper end steakhouse. Had good meals at both- very nice when you're tired of driving. If you're here for Kennedy Space Center - this is a good choice. It was about a 20 min ride.

This is an extended stay property so things are a little different. I didn't mind the lack of daily housekeeping. But there was no hairdryer or iron\ ironing board ... Which might be MORE important to the business traveler. And please don't be surprised when we're in Florida and we ask you about the nearest beach. Especially if you don't have a pool.

The hotel is a good value. Facilities are basic but comfortable. Breakfast is self-service/to go which makes things easy. Fresh coffee and teas are readily available at all times. No carpet in the rooms. Good location just off the highway, with restaurants in short driving distance. During our stay, many guests seemed outdoorsy types, bringing in mud and similar, but the staff seemed to be on top of it.

I wish they would have product dispensers in the bathroom, rather that plastic wrapped, single use packages. Pet size restrictions and price per pet is too steep.

The hotel was very clean, enjoyed my stay. It was not too far from the beach I wanted to visit. Was close to restaurants and really enjoyed the Durango Steak House next door, ate there quite a few times.

The staff needs to be friendlier, they weren’t rude but they weren’t friendly or personable. Walking in the door or exiting the elevator, I would think they would acknowledge you with a greeting. There were no greetings no hello and most times they wouldn’t even look up from the desk. I would stay there again, just an observation on my part. It is the hospitality industry. The score would have been a 10 had the staff been friendlier.

I like the accommodation and the amenities

Some of the front desk folks were a little bit unprofessional. Ms Tiffany and the clerk that checked in on Tuesday 5/23 was very courteous and professional but when I went to check out this morning at 6:45 the clerk was less than cordial.

KellyAnn, Becky, and Brenda were terrific. They were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, well lit, and comfy. Lots of USB plugs available to use. Free Wi-Fi was adequate for my email and web browsing use; higher speed was available for an additional cost but unnecessary. Room included: refrigerator/freezer, hot plate, sink, and ironing board & iron. Nice bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths.

Curious why the suite didn't have pots, dishes, silverware, glasses, etc. We only stayed one night and didn't expect or need any of those items so we didn't ask for any. No hair dryer in the bathroom but we always travel with one.
