no security in the parking lot. considering where it is located one would think it would be expected. A Cadillac Escalade’s passenger window was blown out/shattered/smashed and the windshield was shattered. room: no mirror in sleeping area so if someone is in the bathroom, someone else can’t be putting on makeup etc. Outside of toilet was not clean and rooms were not swept breakfast: could have been better for the price

The staff was polite and efficient. We did have trouble using the card for entry to the room and another card was given to us that did work. We did not have breakfast.The grounds were extremely well-maintained. The room was clean, and large. There was a small snack room where the number of items could be picked up and paid for at the front desk which was very handy. There was no unusual noise level. Wi-Fi was good. All in all for the price I felt they did a great job. The surrounding neighborhood was a very negative factor however.

The neighborhood is of course the worst and unfixable issue.

The property was right off I4 which made it easy to find. It was the perfect distance from the concert at the fairgrounds we were there to attend and right off I4. We were able to find some really great restaurants close by which was fantastic. We also were able to visit downtown in less than 20 min for some quick sight seeing.The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Hubby and I slept like bears because we were able to make the room really dark and it was super quiet throughout the night. The staff was friendly and check in was a breeze.

Staff was pleasant. Room was clean and well stocked , towels, and coffee. Breakfast wasn't that great, there wasn't much of a selection. We arrived late evening very tired - beds were comfy and A/c worked perfectly. Perfect location for where we needed to be the next day. would defiantly recommend and would stay again.

Breakfast could have had a better selection - needed more to offer and be better attended as far as staff keeping what little they had stocked up better.

No continental breakfast due to covid. But I found a great restaurant nearby. Trip’s Diner; where all staff were friendly and food incredible. Hotel location was perfect, close to everything. Mattress and bedding we’re so very comfortable, had wonderful sleep. Nice staff and security make for safe parking lot. The pool looked welcoming but didn’t have chance for a swim.

I mixed up check-in time with the time our event began. Was of no big deal and let desk know we’ll be back later…when we returned at night tired and ready to unpack met with the same woman. She was training a new employee so was slow process, again okay. But lady decided to then make a snide comment and half smile at us while walked off about checkout time was in pretty poor taste. Rather unprofessional. Hope she has a good week.

Great location for overnighting for a cruise as the port is a matter of minutes away. There’s not a great deal in the locality of the hotel for dining which was a slight drawback. The hotel was scrupulously clean and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The outside pool was heated and once again very well maintained.

The location was good for freeway access but little else in the vicinity.

It was a great experience I just wish they had microwaves in the rooms so we didn't have to keep going up and down the stairs/elevators.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, price was reasonable and complimentary breakfast was good.

Too close to Roadway Inn, so many homeless people and trash.

The room was excellent. We stayed in a suite which one was two adjoining rooms turned into one large room. We had one room with a living room and dining room and one room with the bedroom. There was a bathroom on each side so we had two bathrooms. Clean and comfortable

The only thing I did not like was the check out process. You have to check out by 11AM and if you are 15 minutes late they charge you an extra $30. However, the check out process was so long that there was about 15 people waiting around in the lobby trying to check out. It took them so long because they call someone in housekeeping to run and check your room before you can leave to see if you messed it up. I notice that usually only motels in bad parts of town do that. They are too nice of a hotel, they should just let us check out and charge my card later if you think I messed something up, like it normally works.

everything clean, before go to this hotel i thought it was gonna be so bad because of the reviews... people I recommend this hotel i never got problem is good clean location good....

breakfast the only thing i didnt like is because they dont have that much of breakfast
