Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Tampa-Anderson Road-Veterans Exp, an IHG Hotel

The facility we clean, beautiful and perfect for what we needed. It was 5 minutes from our business meeting. The breakfast was great . The gym was small but all I needed to workout while away . When we first go there the first receptionist was so sweet . She has had allergies and apologized for having them . She always said good morning everyday, and paid us a compliment .

As mentioned above the first receptionist was amazing. There was a night receptionist that was younger and she couldn’t be bothered by us. When we asked where the bathroom room she didn’t even look up and just pointed where it was . The following day we asked if there was a hot tub and again she barely looked away from what she was doing. I’m thinking she was on her cell phone and she just said “nope “ I work in customer service and I believe she may just need some training . I’m not one to complain but this is more for your awarness .

All the products offered were what my wife and I need to have an excellent breakfast. The biscuits could'nt be better,the milk was delicious and cold just to mention a couple things. Also the chairs were very confortable,the tables were clean and the lady in charge makes a great job.

What I didn't like was the safe box, because it was on the floor inside of a dark closet almost imposible to use it.

The location was great. Two miles from the airport. we even went to the movies, the theater was across the street. What I liked the most was the lady at the front desk. She was super. We arrived early and she did her best to accommodate us as soon as she could. She was friendly, kind, and professional. She made me feel that she was truly concerned about meeting our every need. The beds we very comfortable. Room was spacious and clean.

We always stay here when we visit our kids in Tampa. The location is great, and we feel very safe. The facility had been totally renovated! The first room they gave us had a cement wall in front of it. I immediately went to the front desk, and our room was changed to one with a view.

Evidently there are some rooms with no view…be careful of this.

The staff was really nice and friendly gave advise on where to eat even the discount for across the street.

The shower head in 111 bathroom needed replacing looked yucky, the tissue holder was loose and the roll keep falling on floor. Saturday no one came to clean our room

Great location for us to visit our kids. We feel very safe, and there are numerous restaurants within a short driving distance. Hotel has been totally updated during the last 2 years….very nice and clean.

We have stayed here quite a few times, and prices have gone up a lot over the years.

The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. the alarm clock worked. The lounge chair was great for watching TV. the tv was great, easy to navigate. The desk was great for working. The lighting was exceptional. The bathroom was spacious. The recessed lighting in the room was great. The room was very clean.

There was nothing I did not like.

The beds and bedding are so comfortable and the free breakfast was so delicious and way more than we expected. very friendly staff.

there are no vending machines so you have to go to the first floor to buy snacks but not a big deal.

There’s not enough restaurants and stores in walking distance, and they had no hot breakfast. I understand because of Covid but I think they could’ve had some to go hot breakfast just the way they had the cold stuff and then next week is Super Bowl up in Tampa and they are going to have hot breakfast. so I just feel like if you’re going to make an exception for one thing you could make it for everything. Thank you

Breakfast was ok, however there were no fresh fruit other than apple and bananas. would like melons or berries

picked up around the pool better, loads of ants from dropped food and dirty towels left about
