Fairfield Inn & Suites Tampa Riverview

The staff was courteous and answered any questions I had. The breakfast buffet was the best part. There was plenty of variety and the waffle station was great! Food service staff was absolutely wonderful! They kept the food areas neat and clean. Also very helpful to guests. The front desk always greeted guests when they came in. Our room was clean no complaints. There is a small area adjacent to the front desk where you can purchase a few snacks or beverages.

Breakfast was very nice. Something for everyone. Really appreciated the fresh fruit and options for eggs and breakfast meats. Plenty of seating for all families..coffee was hot and was very good. Also noticed easy access to computer and printer in the lobby. Nice amenity, as was the free WiFi. And the bed was comfortable as were sheets and nice towels. The decorative window shades were very pretty

Room coffee maker didn’t work on the assigned outlet. Had to move it to another outlet to make a cup of coffee in the morning. Otherwise the room was adequate with toiletries etc.

Breakfast was great - good choices Debra was terrific , everything stocked and ready to make more coffee when needed . She was friendly and sweet. There was another woman there also on weekend that was also great . Front desk also very nice 👍

Garbage left in hall because room service not everyday , if this is the case garbage should be picked up more often - or better would be to have some kind of receptacle we can put out garbage in - in the hall

The breakfast was great. A variety of food which included those that are vegan or have nut allergies. The location has a variety of place to eat and a mile away from the Highway. Like it so much I extended my stay.

Its a new property so it sill had that new fell. I never ate breakfast but it smelled good. I think the price is very high for this property i stayed Fairfield many times and never paid this much for a room. I actually thought it was cheaper.

Beautiful bathroom!

Soap, shampoo & conditioner bottles lables were too difficult to read; which was which? Green on green ..... Nobody wears their glasses into the shower.

The staff were friendly and the place was clean.

I understand that an incident fee gets deducted and credited back at the time of check out when no damages are found. However, i didnt like that i wasnt inform at the time of deduction. I called the front desk and was explained to me. Other than that, everything else were good.

I liked how helpful and courteous the staff was. They were eager to assist with what need that we had. Overall we had a great stay. We would definitely stay there again when in that area.

The only thing that I did not like is that the room smelled like smoke when we got there, but the front desk clerk quickly gave me febreze to correct the problem.

Loved the location, exelent customer service at front desk. Everybody was very nice Great house keeping team especialy Esmirna and Maria. Great job

Very clean. Room was quite big for a 2 queen room. Bathroom was very nice. Shower had great pressure. Breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options. Best stay at a hotel in a long time.
