Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa

Breakfast had a good selection of items. Good staff response ovetall. The location of the Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa was excellent - romantic and spacious - great for a weekend getaway.

We booked a Villa Suite / King with Nature View. Room # 1744. It was early evening and we decided before we went to dinner in the restiarant we would relax and have drinks on the room balcony. The nature view was wonderful, but unfortunately our romantic setting was ruined by the continual loud noise of a service motor or generator adjacent to our accommodation balcony. This device needs to be housed in a sound proof unit or have the motor sound / noise mechanism vastly reduced as its an obvious nusaince for guests who desire to have just the sounds of nature as surround. Amenities such as multiple heated pools, private beach, play area for kids, privacy and peaceful ambiance of property. Property is also close to multiple shopping centers and restaurants

Theres a lot of changes like more steps into getting into wifi, theres a charge on it as well unless you are a bonvoy member. Also maybe due to covid everything has to be requested. Toiletries, dishwashing soap, papertowels, plates and cups need to be requested for kitchenette, less staff also noted at pool and restaurants than when we visited 3yrs ago

Fantastic stay, best staff, great management. Wonderful view. Breakfast was included with our stay. When booking you must choose the option that says breakfast included not just with breakfast. Big difference. Great price for an amazing stay. The colorful waterfall was my favorite view. The restaurants on the resort were also amazing!!! Great prices for amazing food and stellar service.

Room was comfortable, impressive atrium and facilities, beautiful setting, staff super friendly, responsive and knowledgeable.

Housekeeping skipped cleaning our room one night, coffee is fair, long walk from 466 to elevator and self-parking, breakfast buffet restaurant temperatures were cold - wait staff wearing coats, french toast cold by the time I got it back to the table.

Staff at the pub are so friendly. The proximity to other restaurants is great. The grounds were gorgeous!

Not everything on the resort was open - the American Gator Club (pool bar) was closed our entire stay (Sat-Wed), Starbucks was closed Monday & Tuesday, the Spa is closed for services Monday & Tuesday, surf pool was completely closed.

it was beautiful location and very friendly and helpful staff, also comfortable and spacious room

hotel missing some perks considering the high price; no bathrobes, no microwave in room and several restaurants were closed including the pool bar

we stayed in the villas fir the first time and I will stay there from now on rather than the main tower

15$ cocktail at the beach club was a little obnoxious, but what can ya do ? vacations can get expensive,

Pretty setting. Great to have Starbucks on site and shuttle bus was excellent.

2 double beds, instead of one king, bins weren’t emptied, shower gel empty and floor not hoovered.

we enjoyed the cabana beach club and the complimentary shuttle service.

the mosquitoes were insane! you couldn’t enjoy any of the outside games or pool areas for getting eaten by the bugs. the pools were not very clean.

it had lots of lovely facilities and was convenient to where we needed to go.

I think the Villa room could use a little remodeling and updating.
