Park Royal Orlando

I liked how friendly and welcoming and helpful the staff was. I liked how convenient everything was around it. Overall I would recommend this hotel to others for an affordable hotel for a getaway that is close to shopping centers, Disney World, universal studios etc.

I my self as well as my family with me was not to impressed with the breakfast selection that came with the room rental. I do think that they could have offered a little more variety of things. Such as French toast, bagels, pancakes and things like that that is also microwaveable since that's basically what the hot breakfast consisted of was microwavable burritos and waffles and sausage egg cheese sandwich. Maybe even offer some seedless grapes as part of the fruit selection besides just bananas and apples.

everything! very clean , staff was always visible on the grounds smiling and working hard to keep the place at its best, huge surprise at how nice this place was considering the reputation of hotels on 192 . hands down this place is a diamond in the rough.

my only complaint was there really should be lamps in the rooms at the wall nearest the door the room was dark. and the phone did not work . but it was so clean and staff was so amazing I didn’t mind.

The best points about this hotel was the really competitive price - can pay a lot more, especially nearer to the Orlando Parks. And the location was good - took just under 30 minutes to drive to Universal Studios for example. Also - the room was spacious and the A/C kept us lovely and cool in the Florida heat.

The whole site felt a little run down - then there was major construction work taking place whilst we stayed and for this reason much of the site was temporarily closed down. And our room felt a little dated to be honest. Also - there does not appear to be a breakfast option.

We were very late checking in but staff was very friendly and helpfull. Room was okay, glad there was an elevator. Enough parking space. We loved the pool.

As my daughter is a travel agent we always do some try outs for future stays of their future buyers and we were a bit disapointed about the breakfast not included. We booked it anyway but could not eat a thing from it. As for Europeans we would like to have some regular bread (or bread to toast) with jam or cheese, regular fruit (a banana maybe?), pancakes or waffles to freshly make as in other motels/hotels in the area. We do not like all those things in plastic to warm up, not knowing what is in it?

The room was exceptionally clean. Loved that it has tile throughout and the a/c was ice cold. The furniture was relatively new and the mini frig and microwave was spot less. We were able to park right in front of our room which was very nice. Pool, playground and work out room was spotlessly clean and well maintained.

The only problem was that the mattresses were very worn out and need to be replaced. We slept fine but every time you moved it made a very loud creaking noise and they had divots from people sleeping on them. The front office staff was a little short when I had to ask them to talk a little slower and repeat what they were saying as I have hearing loss and they were talking very fast with a mask on making it difficult for me to understand them.

Great to have a full refrigerator with countertop and separate sink in the room. The beds were very comfortable and it was a clean and spacious room!

Parking was a bit difficult to find next to the building I was located in, but nothing major!

The fact that I book the room a month advance; and they put me in the fourth floor ac didn’t work too good the water wasn’t hot enough and they said breakfast wasn’t included this was the second time I got a room here the first time I got a suite my breakfast was included and also when I check in they didn’t have my information they had everyone paper work ready but mine

Overall great property. It was clean, staff were good and close enough to Disney at affordable rates!

There was not enough pillows on the bed - they were extremely thin and flat and only 1 per person.

it was very clean and good location for our needs

the telephone in our room did not work, so we were unable to ask for a wake up call and I also think that in case of emergencies they should make sure the phones work in every room. the TV did not work, when I checked out and told the front desk, she said oh yea you have to push certain buttons that would of been nice if there had been instructions to do so. and the elevator did not work and we were on the 3rd floor. there were 5 of us with luggage so at a 3:30am check out it was stressful 🤷‍♀️

can’t say anything negative about it. the only recommendation would be a little more professionalism in the check in staff, maybe uniforms or something to identify them as employees and some cups in the room for the coffee and to brush your teeth
