Courtyard by Marriott Key West Waterfront

Very nice location with self-parking. Our second-floor room had a balcony overlooking the pool. 10 minute drive to most downtown activities. Shopping center with fast food across the street. Front-desk staff and housekeeping were friendly and accommodating. Pool towels are available for checkout. On-site Tikibar has a decent local draft selection and excellent (read strong) frozen drinks - (Hey Jeff). Decent fitness center.

The bathroom was tiny, the exhaust fan didn't work and the water pressure was low. We occasionally had a sulfur/sewer smell in our room. These may just be an artifact of island living. There was no elevator in our building (C) so we had to haul luggage up a flight. The on-site breakfast restaurant was expensive (but the food was good). There was no freezer section in the in-room refrigerator (need to re-freeze our ice packs - an ice maker doesn't cut it). On top of that, the ice-makers were empty half of the time.

Comfortable rooms, cleanliness, prompt cleaning service, easy access cards

The breakfast service wasn't great. It wasn't a spread but an a-la-carte from the menu. The order didn't have all things it was described. For Ex: We ordered the 'eggs to order' a couple of times, and every time the server asked if we wanted fruits included 'we said yes' but never served. Another ex: We ordered the breakfast focaccia which described to have avocado on top but never saw it

The place is clean - room is spacious and the pool and hot tub are clean. We were on 1st floor in Blg C facing the pool, but feels hidden with the vegetation. We had breakfast included - ala carte, not buffet - and were good. There is a pier with nice seating areas, but we didn't use it, it was too hot. It's about 10 mins away from most places in Key West. I'd stay here again.

We were passing through 4 years ago and our stay was just OK. My main complaint was the hotel had a policy of playing very loud music around the pool area all day. This is probably great if you are under 30 years old but pretty irritating if you are the sought of person that likes quiet. Gave it another try…. the music has gone and it’s a very nice place to stay, great breakfast, great staff, Well done , we’ll be back.

Our room was spacious, very clean, and modern. The grounds and pool are well maintained. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. The rooms have nice balconies and the air conditioning cooled the room exceptionally well considering it in the high 90s during our visit.

The room refrigerator was very small and did not have a freezer compartment. It worked fine I just needed a freezer for ice packs to keep meds cool.

pool, bar and Jason at the breakfast bar was fantastic along with the women the works with Jason was absolutely wonderful

when we check in the older women the check in Older Lady was rude and not helpful or approachable we had to leave the Marriott and return because she could not able to use the computer to check us in. it was our 50th anniversary

The pool and pool bar were great and very clean. The barkeeper was very friendly as well as the staff in every department. The lobby and grounds were very well kept and clean.

The beach area was not that nice, although we didn't actually use it.

Close to grocery stores and restaurants, right off a main street but far enough from busy part of Key West. Front desk staff was friendly.

The refrigerator didn’t work, would’ve been nice to have cold water after a long hot day out.

We loved the pool area and the Bartender at the Tiki bar was awesome! We loved the location being near the water and near IBIS that rented the scooters and jet skis. The Starbucks in the Lobby was really nice also.

We had heard from friends that stayed at this place earlier that there were shuttles into town and back but that was not available for us. We would have appreciated that instead of having to use Uber all the time. A complimentary continental breakfast would have been nice.

Really comfortable and big room, good breakfast (when booking with breakfast, you have to get a voucher at the front desk which you can hand in for breakfast) and nice staff. Walking into Key West possible (45 minutes).

Well, prices - but that's Key West
