Vistana Beach Club

Very spacious room with two bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen finding room living room and balcony. I only wish our balcony was directly on the beach as we were in the first building angled toward the beach. Booked this room for two nights to get ready in with bridal party for our wedding then spend the night of our wedding as it was close to our venue. Very large area provided. You can tell they did some improvements but not all.

The bathroom could be updated as well as the floors throughout. Early checkout time perhaps make it an hour later. Coffee pot is included in your room but no coffee so be sure to bring your own

There was a lot of space since it was a 2 bedroom apartment. The view was great even though it wasn't in the front building which I read is reserved for timeshare owners.

After taking a shower (including washing my feet), then walking around the apartment for 10 minutes, the bottoms were filthy from the carpet. It was gross. I had to wear my shoes the whole time til I climbed into bed.

The suite we were in was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. We had a wonderful balcony that looked right out at the ocean. We loved having our coffee there in the morning. The kitchen also was well-equipped and spotless. The gentleman who checked us in was so kind. He gave us coffee to use in our coffee pot in our room ( we read there was a coffee machine in the lobby but there wasn’t) and gave us great suggestions of where to eat. We just wished there was a nice restaurant next door for breakfast or dinner and an attendant available to get us lounges for the beach. ( they were Locked up).

Waking up to the beach view every morning was spectacular. The solid slider doors kept out most of the noise from the beach so we were able to sleep well.

The room we had was dated. The screen door in the living room was off it’s track, and the window in the kitchen was frozen shut. The step in shower door was also off it’s track and the handle was dangling loose. On the plus side the staff was very responsive and it was fixed immediately. On the minus side, why didn’t the folks who clean the rooms report the damage??

Employees went above and beyond to make sure our stay was very comfortable. CeCe, Lee, Bobby including all the staff.

The steps going back and forth to the beach should have a different color at the end to step up and down the same color makes it a bit dangerous for guests. Just a suggestion.

Location, location, location! Fully stocked kitchen, I had everything I needed and wanted to make all of our meals. Plenty of dishes, glasses and cutlery and of good quality. We even used the gas grill one night to make steaks. Big showers and jacuzzi in the master. Loved the balcony and large dining table to fit 8 people. AC was cold at night and all the mattresses were great, even the pull out coach offered a great night's sleep! The hotel also had a ton of activities and amenities. On a rainy day we booked classes with the friendly staff and activities director. We learned to tie dye tshirts and paint ceramics and got to keep them as souveniers! Also played ping pong, fuse ball and pool! Such a short walk to the beach via the boardwalk. Friendly beach staff helped us with chairs and umbrellas at a super reasonable price. Made friends everyday at the pool, adults and kids alike. Overall such a great experience for our yearly week long beach vacation. We will definitely return!

No shampoo and conditioner provided and some small (tiny, ant sized even) roaches in the kitchen.

Location is great if you are assigned building closest to ocean. Rooms were well kept and clean. Parking was good.

Needed to repeatedly contact to refresh room after first week. Did not vacuum as expected nor replace paper products and towels until recalled.

I loved the fact that the beach was walking distance just wish I could see the view from my 2nd floor balcony

We had a beautiful view of the water and the room met all of our needs. The bed was very comfortable and there were adaquate supplies.

The only thing that happened was that the dish washer was difficult to get started. W e needed a handly man who came quickly and fixed the problem a couple of times.

Very clean and plenty of room for a family of 4! They had everything that we needed in the room and in the kitchen! The location was great and the beach was beautiful! Wonderful huge balcony (we stayed in the front building). Loved the lay-out of the room! Parking was included in the price of our stay and we never had an issue finding parking. There was plenty and we went during busy spring break time.

Just a couple of small things that I didn’t like about the property, but they would not prevent me from staying there again. They have a company on their beachfront that you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas. It would be nice if the property provided that rather than having to pay for it. Also, there is only 1 pool, which is on the smaller side for the two buildings on the property. A couple of times, we had trouble finding available lounge chairs to hang out by the pool. However, they did have a huge sun deck upstairs that always had plenty available. It would be so nice if they had another pool that was on the beach side (wishful thinking)!
