Courtyard Fort Myers Cape Coral

Once I was able to get into my room it was a fine stay. The pool area was perfect for sitting and relaxing. The suit was perfect for the occasion.

During my stay I had to wait nearly 2 hours after check in time to get into my room. Unable to check in until 4:45pm when check in is at 3pm. First I was told my room would be ready at 3pm. When I went back at 3:40- I was told by 4pm it was would ready. When I went back at 4pm I was told that it was still not ready and they were unsure when it would be. I was told to come back at 4:30 OR the front desk associate would call me when my room was ready. I received no phone call, I waited until 4:45 and went back to the front, where my room keys were then handed to me. No accountability for my room not being ready was taken, I was only told that " we have over 200 rooms and 4 housekeepers."

It was fairly close to everything I wanted to see. It was very quiet too which was nice, didn’t see too many other guests.

the pictures and description of the room made me think I would get a room next to the pool and not one facing the road. The staff member that checked me in didn’t make eye contact with me which made it hard to hear what they were saying.

Booking messed up my reservations by booking the wrong room with the hotel. the hotel manager was more than accommodating for my family. the staff were all very courteous and the property was beautiful. i will definitely be staying here again.

We loved the room it was clean and the beds were comfortable

The shower was very slow to drain. By the time I finished showering the water was to my ankles. Doesn’t make you feel clean

Staff are great, the Starbucks and bistro is a great little added touch for breakfast. The rooms are very comfortable and priced right to what I would expect. There is a small fitness suite that's useful, although you will need an imagination of what to do unless you just like to run. Tip, install atleast a pull up bar.

He location is not ideal, it's a 30min drive to either downtown or the beach.

The initial room assigned had not been cleaned and prepared for new guests. The second room assigned did not have a blanket.

Everything else the beds if you need sleep go there I made the mistake of laying on the bed this morning around 7:00 and let's just say I overslept check out and was woken up by the maid around 1:30

Wish breakfast came with more bookings I've stayed there past 3 Sundays either king suite or king room and still have to pay for breakfast

The room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We had a nice view of the courtyard. The customer service was excellent, they were very friendly and were able to answer any questions. Unfortunately the bistro was not opened for dinner. Close to some attractions.

The room was decently appointed. Newer furnishings and a decent walk-in shower. Bed was very comfortable!

The toilet is so incredibly close to the wall I couldn't sit without the toilet paper roll jammed into my thigh. We had a balcony and it was filthy. The outside of the building can do with a good scrubbing and fresh paint. There were no towels available for use at the pool we had to use our bathroom towels. The hallways were unbelievably hot and muggy.

one of the key cards didn’t work so i had to wake my daughter up to let me in the side door was frustrating at 5:30 am
