very clean and very well taken care of; comfortable beds, blackout curtains, and the room was cold with A/C before we arrived; the general manager gave us an upstairs room as requested; good selection of TV channels with easy to operate controls

The morning staff were not friendly. Breakfast was minimal but did have hot waffles although no butter. Price was a little high but good compared to others nearby.

the front desk lady in the morning and on 3pm shifts are alway very nice and helpful always making u feel at home

weelllll there is a new lady at night older she is very rude and turned me a loyal customer away one night on a previous stay denyin me to pay with cash because I booked online with card which is soooo no her choice to tell me what method of payment i want to use please FIRE THIS LADY SHE isn’t front desk material sorry this incident happen on MAY 8th 2022 over night shift

I like the location, We have always stayed at Hometown Inn. Last time we were there we found a loaded needle in our room, the room wasn't clean, People living there. I hope this hotel will keep things up and safe.

I didn't like the Music that was played loud a couple doors down til 10:00pm. It could use a good thoroughly cleaning. Our window was hard to look out.

The room was very clean and had been updated . The furnishings, decor, and flooring were contemporary and seemed fairly new. The room felt very comfortable. I did not feel that I was staying in a substandard room

Room smelled like it once upon a time had a smoker in it. The hotel had obviously worked at removing the oder. But it was still there. The worst part was when I later unpacked my clothes from my suitcase, the oder was very pronounced. The sink drained very slowly. I am a fix it kind of guy, so I disconnected the stopper from under the sink and pulled it out to see what causing the problem. Along with the stopper came a big gooey blob of hair and soap. On the positive side, it fixed the problem. The room rate supposedly included breakfast. Perhaps Covid caused the hotel to change that. I saw no signs and staff did not say anything about breakfast.

This is a little gem in a high dollar hotel area. Seems like the Schitz Creek (TV series) model, where Wyndam has purchased some 1980's properties and dressed them up. Room layout is the same but everything has been updated. Flooring, walls painted, new fixtures and bedding. Beds are comfortable...not luxurious but still comfortable. A/C cooled great. Even though the property is about 1/4 mile off the interstate, noise levels were very low. They normally have a nice breakfast bar but CoVid has packed the desk handing out bagged breakfasts. Not sure what's in them as we chose to dine out. Would definitely stay here again.

Parking is a little tight.

Beth was awesome. She made sure my room was cleaned and top notch. She also made sure that there were no disturbances from other guests. She was on top of things the whole week i was there. They except pets and have smoking rooms. And a nice area of grass to walk my dog. A lot of food choices and a walmart just up the road. And a Publix grocery store also

Excellent price for a pet friendly motel. Clean, safe for my family, great location. My family evacuated during Ida, and I made reservations days in advance. They were honest with other evacuees and didnt price gouge. With all the traffic, they maintained a clean and safe facility.

They didnt have Wifi, or breakfast. We were across the street from Waffle House and Hardees, so breakfast was no issue.

The room was clean. Great water pressure for showering. And the bed was very comfortable.

The property itself is OK. It’s the traffic that can be heavy at times making it hard to get to the property. During shift changes at the military base at 5am and 6pm(?), traffic is horrendous!

I love nice the rooms were for the price I paid and the staff were incredibly kind to me. All the rooms were clean and I had no issue with the room whatsoever.I would recommend to others staying in town, its basically in the best spot of the city too.

We have been waiting on a place to rent we both are 66 and 67 this is a bad chapter in our life needless to say the kindness and respect really helps very satisfied ❤️
