Four Points by Sheraton Cocoa Beach

I felt safe and it wasn’t crowded. I like the key card access to the room hallways for extra security.

The parking garage was very poorly lit at night and I wish there was a key card lock on the parking garage floor garage and key card access to the room floors:

My Husband and I stayed at the "Four Points by Sheraton Cocoa Beach" from January 9 to the 21st 2023. We have traveled to many places, even staying in Cocoa Beach before, but we have never had such amazing service as the people who work at "Four Points by Sheraton Cocoa Beach". They were so friendly, and ready to help us any way they could. We were treated as family not as just a guest. They made our trip special. We have told as many of our Family and Friends what a great experience we had, and will be booking a room there for our next trip to Cocoa Beach. They are located so you don't need a vehicle to get around everything you need is close by. Thank you "Four Points Sheraton Cocoa Beach" for such a wonderful and comfortable trip!!

3 blocks from the beach, the beach is very waving and agitated most of the time. Room is good but the closet is very small and only has one drawer, the beds with excelente mattress and good pillows. Good Air Conditioning. The bathroom had a toilet that keeps flushing. A technician came and shortened the chain but after 2 days it return to flush continuously.

We had an alarm drill in the middle of the night which interrupt our dreams. Very bad for a vacation time.

Restaurant food is great. Little blonde server is excellent service and friendly she needs a raise

Dont like when you get a total price on your room and you get there and its 100 more for parking. If you gotta charge parking include it in the nightly fee or add it to the price when somebody wants a total price include it don't wait til you arrive and say oh by the way these two rooms cost you a 100 for parking.

Check in process was smooth and fast, room was clean and neat. Location was close enough to the beach and easy to walk to shopping/grocery stores. Had a nice little gym to get a basic workout in. Offered cheap enough parking ($10 a night I believe) and were able to park on the same level our room was on which made it very convenient.

Our room was very near to the door that was close to the elevator which could be loud at times. The air con was loud enough to wake me up at times during the night when it turned on.

The Staff - everyone was incredibly friendly, super helpful and by far the nicest people we've met in a month of being here... Special mention has to go to Sam on the Front Desk who really was amazing and couldn't do enough to make sure we had everything we needed (if a manager is reading this - give that man a payrise now before you lose him!) The hotel is very modern, clean and has a really nice feel to it. Rooms are lovely and modern also. Highly recommended.

The location was perfect and the amenities were top tier! The gator bites & the Mahi-Mahi tacos at Sharky’s, their on-site restaurant, are a must try! Everything was super fresh! Parking was a pleasure, as each floor had it’s own deck to park on! I loved not having to walk through the hotel to get to my car. A huge gift shop is on the property and they have any & every kind of souvenir to beach gear. I wasn’t able to utilize them, but they also had very reasonably priced bike rentals!

Rooms should be cleaned and beds made daily. Staff were good in providing towels when needed, but I don't like sleeping in an unmade bed.
