Days Inn by Wyndham Brooksville

Receptionist when we checked in was wonderful. Very friendly and informative. Made us feel very welcomed.

Breakfast was terrible. Was no choices. sausage gravy and biscuits, except the biscuits were from a few days ago, complete hockey pucks. there was supposed to be hard boiled eggs. there were not any. Being a diabetic all the carbs were not good for me, I needed a protein. The person on duty the day we checked out was nasty when my husband asked her something. she was barely civil when I checked out. Late at night there were couples fooling around in their cars in the parking lot. If they had a room, they would be in the room. No Security.

the woman at the front desk was beyond pleasant! we accidentally overestimated our travel time and arrived an hour and a half early. she assured us the room would be cleaned quickly so we could check-in. even upon check-out she was amazing and even acknowledged that our non-smoking room did in fact smell like cigarette smoke (maybe the vents?) and apologized but made note of it to fix it.

the only issue I had would maybe be that the parking was minimal especially with trucks and trailers taking up 3-4 spaces to themselves. however, other than that I couldn’t tell you one thing wrong.

Comfortable room, not too expensive, convenient to the highway, and a pleasant/helpful staff. I just needed a basic room to rest my head on a very late checkin/early checkout for a long trip. The room was great and exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, as I was hurrying to depart the next day, I left my brand new, very nice pillow. A week later, after I realized I would be about an hour from this location again, my wife called and the front desk searched lost/found for her. Then they went a step further, suggesting she call back during housekeeping hours the next day. My pillow was found and had a note in it with my room number and the date it was found during cleaning my room.

Continental breakfast was a little weak.

Breakfast was a nice start! The staff and workers and management were the best. Friendly, helpful and knowledgable of thr area.

Wifi shut down after about 10-10:30pm most nights. But wasnt too bad the TV was there. Plus sleep well.

We made a last minute reservation online due to being screwed by Motel 6. The fellow at the desk was very helpful. He called us back to tell us a Handicap room was not available but what else would be okay. He even managed to get us a king. He was very harried on our arrival with so many people there, but he was gracious in every way. Room was very clean and we had a great stay. NO pool or breakfast due to COVID, sadly.

`Bed was a king size and very high. I'm physically challenged and had a hard time getting in and out of it.

Staff were very nice, they accommodated us when needing an early check in. Room was clean with the exception of the carpet needing a shampoo clean.

The carpet in the room was very dirty. It could use a good shampoo cleaning. Bathroom in room was very small.

The staff was very very nice couldn't ask for no better

I've been staying here for 3 weeks the prices are so high I'm gonna run out of money and have no where to go till i find a place. I don't drive so i ride bike. I have no other options but to stay till I'm out of money. I'm 59 with no other options. Plus there's no breakfast just coffee and danish

It has everything I need, its easy outside access instead of walking down hallways to reach outside. Friendly staff.

When the dog show was going on those that were staying there for work had to pay through the room prices just to stay when I have been a weekly customer since September 2020 other than holidays I have been there. They are bunching people up in one location instead of spreading people out more.

The lady at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful! Thank you Marilyn The beds were amazing

The pool was broke, the floors in the room was filthy!!!!!

The staff and location was amazing! Checking in was fast and easy, and the individuals at the front desk, for both check-in and out were very nice. In contrast with the building’s appearance, the rooms were much cleaner than I expected.

The bathrooms could have been cleaned better. Same goes for the grounds, there was trash in the parking lot and corridors leading to the rooms.
