Quality Suites Stratford

The breakfast was very pleasant. The first night I stayed my room was on the traffic side, and the constant noise, particularly from trailer trucks, kept me awake. I switched my room the second night to the other side of the hotel, and there was no noise from traffic.

The only thing I didn't like was information given to me on Sunday night. I was told that I could call a friend in Shelton by dialing 9-1-the number. That was incorrect info. My friend had a difficult time calling me.

Breakfast, they only had scrambled egg and sausage patties. They had no wheat or grain bread, nor already cooked veggies omelettes which would have made this place a 5 star rating. Next time perhaps as we are planning on coming back this fall.

I liked everything except the bed was slightly hard but for one night, can’t complain. would bring my own pillow next time!

they expect a &100 deposit fee that they do not inform you of until you arrive and if you can’t give them that or $100 cash, they keep your money and you’re out of a room! which isn’t good to drive 3 hours away and find that information out! luckily we had the $100 cash, which was refunded the next morning!

It was nice to have coffee and a bagel, provided by the hotel.

The pool and fitness center were closed.

Very convenient to the highway. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. Clean room and accommodations. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Fellow patrons were a little loud in the hallway late into the night. several people mulling around the parking lot around midnight.

Breakfast was excellent. Many choices-we didn't have to search put a restaurant. Location made it easy to visit opur attractions and access the highway.

Bed could have been a bit more comfortable.

it was very close to the amphitheater and was clean. the lobby furniture was very cool. the pillows were the most comfortable hotel pillows I’ve ever used.

no bathroom fan. lighting in bathroom could have been brighter. Sign is requiring everyone to wear masks, but when staff doesn't, it doesn't encourage the guests to wear them.
