Clean rooms in bathroom, professional staff, good security.
The room was not very soundproof. We had a joint door and it didn't seem to be close to the floor like there was a gap and boy we could hear every conversation every laugh, whatever in the room next door. Thankfully it appeared to be only one person or two and it wasn't too bad, but have there been a rock of scrub? We probably wouldn't have been able to get any sleep. Otherwise liked everything about the hotel.

I didn't eat breakfast and they stay was very nice. It's my go to place when in Ct. It's the only place I know there that has clean rooms and facilities
The only thing I didn't like is no chair just a computer chair. Very uncomfortable if it's two people one has to sit on the bed and that's uncomfortable as well when you want to sit and watch television.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again when visiting family.
The breakfast was not that great. When we came down for breakfast there was hardly anything left. I feel it should have been maintained and stocked. Trash was overflowing out of the cans. Nowhere to put the trash.

This hotel was great for the price. Although breakfast was included it depended on who cooked the morning whether or not there was enough food for everyone or if the eggs were thoroughly prepared. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and recommend this hotel

Fairly quiet, with no running in the halls. Very clean with enough pillows on the bed.
The bed should be centered on the wall; not enough room to move in/out on one side. Also, no bedside lamp or table on that side. Reading is difficult with only one chair when 2 people are in the room!

Front desk staff spoke difficult-to-understand broken English. The time it took to check in, was too long. We already had a confirmed reservation. It was not explained how to get into the building using the card reader. . The room was very comfortable, but the king bed should have had 4 instead of 3 pillows.

Breakfast was disappointing, we came down around 8am. Food was gone and the pancake machine wasn’t working to good. Trash barrel at end of counter was overflowing on floor. Coffee Machine only gives you about 3/4 of a cup.

The lighting was a bit too dim and the blow dryer was not functioning in room 110.

Although they had coffee service with breakfast I would have liked a coffee maker in the room ( I am a coffee drinker )
