Sheraton Hartford South

Our room was in the corner next to the stair well next exit door. We heard every time someone open or the door closed. Also we could hear the person above us walk around. The second floor needs a rubber sound mat flooring installed along with a better acoustic ceiling on the first floor.

The room was so clean bathroom clean bed was comfortable tv had a lot to offer . Quite rooms just overall great stay I would go back to the Sheraton hotel but not the one in rocky hill because the front desk I don’t like to be judged about how I look or what I dress .

The front desk lady . I told her I have a room booked online . She looked at me with this look and said is the right hotel your in you know your in the Sheraton hotel . I said yes so I took out my phone and showed her then she believed me . Besides that it’s an amazing hotel !

We had an excellent stay the room was comfortable. My only complaint Is that the American Flag they had flying was tattered and should have been taken down. We had to talk to 3 people and ask 3 times before we got an answer of they are on order and they are not allowed to take it down. We are a military family and we found it very disappointing. This has happened at one other Marriot location we stayed at as well.

The hotel itself was nice, clean. Etc. The beds were comfortable.

The beds seemed smaller then same size beds elsewhere. And the room was small and the set up weird. Literally walk in and your facing a wall. Also no microwave.

Staff were great, super kind and attentive even though there were 3 weddings going on while we were there.

Facilities were a smidge out of date, but we told the front desk and they were accommodating. Nothing super out of the ordinary though, just general wear and tear from property management.

The staff was very attentive to us. We required a new room and they gave us one immediately without a problem. The bed was very comfortable, the hot tub was so great on my back! There was no mold smell or anything that previous reviews spoke about. It’s a great hotel that I’d stay at again.

Restaurant had very limited hours.

The breakfast was amazing. The bed were super comfortable. location was easy to find right off highway.

breakfast isn’t included you have to pay extra for each person. the room was super hot. they had an old fashion air conditioner.

Location of the hotel was most important. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel was very clean.

It was fairly expensive and didn’t have a free breakfast.

Cleanliness, front desk was very helpful with my needs and the pool and hot tub.

Bad view from hotel room. Had a room where I only seen a roof with rocks. Room wasn't as big as I thought it would be.
