The Victorian Inn

The location could not be more convenient as a visitor to the town. I was staying in town for a festival, and the location gave me quick access to the gondola and the Goose Bus (Galloping Goose). Within walking distance to the bank, coffee shop, bookstore, restaurants, hiking trails, etc.

I didn't have a fan in my window like the other rooms did (I didn't realize that was an option until my last day, and didn't ask, to be fair), but I think that would have made my room more comfortable. In the peak heat of the day, the room did get a bit warm, and it didn't cool off until late in the evening.

We are always pleased with the Victorian Inn. the staff is friendly and helpful, the location can’t be beat, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

Location is perfect to walk around town and close to the gondola.

Didn’t like the bed. Because of previous reviews we bring an inexpensive pillow top and problem solve. Two rest. chairs are the seating area in the bedroom.

The breakfast was very nice, and with perfect hours. Very comfortable bed, and staff were very nice!

The thermostat in room 307 was not working, nor did we have a ceiling fan. Hence the room became quite warm and it was a little difficult sleeping the last night. I would definitely suggest repairing the thermostat and/or placing a ceiling fan in that room, circulation was a problem. Also, when the maid knocked on our door, she did NOT wait for an answer before coming in….we were napping. We had NO “do not disturb” sign, and they had none at the front desk.

The rooms are spacious and stocked up. The beds are wicked comfy. Central location for the best price in Telluride proper. And most importantly the staff are super helpful and friendly. I would come here again.

Loud guests-- and this is absolutely not the fault of the workers at the inn. I wonder if there is a way to run a lining around doors and windows, including interior doors to assist in sound proofing.

it was super close to the slopes and gondola and everything in town. the staff were extremely friendly and gave a lot of breakfast options, pastries, yoghurt, egg, fruit, meat, coffee the room was extremely clean, warm and big. cable TV with every channel. I was worried about parking after reading reviews but it was honestly fine. there’s loads of space on the street (which you get permit for) and people pop out the car park all the time so you can just park and stay there. room was very well heated, good to dry out ski gear, but you can open window and use fan if it’s too much. the laundry room was honestly a life saver too. this place really had everything. is a great B&b or motel! hot tub if you’re in a group! there were some harsh reviews but I found this place exactly what I’d expect a ski resort hotel to be like. simple, clean and warm! love it !

only thing was fairly thin ceiling so I was disturbed by noisy guests coughing in the early hours, but nothing staff can do about that, it was fine

Nice walking distance to the main street with restaurants and shops. Visitor Center has good historical walking map of buildings in town.

Lobby supposed to open at 9am for breakfast bag to go...finally opened at 930am. Check out is 10am.

Carine (hope I spelled her name correctly) at the reception desk was extremely helpful in making suggestions on what to do and see for my day in Telluride and always greeted me with a smile. I thought she had a twin as she was there morning and evening. She was "Amazing" and made my stay one of the best on my trip.
