DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Denver - Aurora

Modern building with nice amenities. Restaurant and bar looked inviting, but my schedule did not allow me to try it. I would have had I stayed longer. The room was quiet, very comfortable and pleasant to relax in.

Busy elevators meant I used the stairs a couple of time, but I had to search for the stairwell from the first floor. It was an unmarked door. That was the only thing I ran into that would warrant any criticism. The facility was quite nice.

Loved the check in process and the cookies

That I thought I had breakfast with my stay and didn't want to eat but wanted coffee and the guy working the breakfast told me that I still had to pay for a breakfast when I was not eating I only wanted coffee. I was happy to pay a coffee price but he told me that I still had to pay when i didn't even eat! Was not happy and about sat the coffee cup down and left but I was nice and paid anyways. I was not stealing, just thought breakfast came with my stay and didn't even want to eat.

I had to book a room after a cancelled flight at the Denver airport. During a stressful few moments, I was able to book a great room online within minutes, then was able to call and arrange for a taxi to get us in 25 minutes directly from the airport. The staff answered my call right away and even directed me to where I should go in the airport and gave me a description of the taxi that made it hard to miss. I was so grateful because we were very stressed about having to make arrangements spur of the moment and were also worried about costs of Ubers as we were quite literally stranded. The staff helped us with everything we needed and arranged for us to be picked up the next morning by their taxi to take us to the airport, even helping us out with the times we should leave to get to the airport on time. They were so so nice.

Really loved the great staff, the free airport shuttle, free parking, flexible options for extending the stay and the free warm cookies at the reception. Also offers a nearby Tram station, sadly US public transit isn't well adopted to its intended use. Therefore this option was a quite slow way to get to the city. What a wasted opportunity on Denvers behalf. The rooms felt modern, where large and well equipped.

not much to complain

The location was easy to get to. The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. The concierge and front desk staff are also very friendly and helpful. 

The pool water seemed to me to be a little murkier than I’m accustomed to. And I’m not a pool expert. But it seems like the water could have been more clear.

Welcoming and friendly staff, very clean and organized. Nice location. I surely loved it. First time visiting Colorado and wasn’t disappointed during my stay here, will surely come back here.

I loved everything about the place

A really lovely, well kept hotel that was very comfortable, with good sized rooms and a great shower!. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the grill had some great food and drinks options! We even bumped into the Sheriff as he was checking out the car park, so we felt even safer!

Check in was a bit slow and 2 lifts and the cash machine were all out of order which was frustrating, but other than that, a great hotel!

breakfast and location ere good. facilty was very good

front desk not very nice. refused to accommodate our second room closer to to the other room that was occupied by and ADA family member. She assigned 1 room in the first floor and second room in the 5th floor. She would not accommodate the request even though the were rooms available. It took asking numerous requests and asking different personnel. I even called my booking agency as the front desk blamed them for not been able to change rooms. Needless to say that was not the case. In the end one hotel employee made the change. everything was fine after that. It was unnecessary, inconsiderate, and should have never happen. This has never happened in other hotels.

I visit many hotels due to my family living in many different cities and states. Before booking I read reviews and looked at pictures on every website imaginable. Denver being so far from where me and my family live (Savannah) I was worried about things like the hotel, food and the flight. My visit at this location was wonderful. My parents had a separate room from me and my boyfriend but both rooms were CLEAN , up to date and just overall a good experience. The front desk was very nice every time we entered the lobby. My dad enjoyed the breakfast every morning. I enjoyed the alcoholic drinks at the bar on Saturday night. I would definitely book this location next time I come visit.

One and ONLY complaint was the price of the breakfast but honestly it was good. So you get what you pay for !!!

beautiful clean friendly staff and I loved they accepted pets. had I known we’d brought our pups! we will definitely be coming there again! also my husband forgot his brand new leather coat in the closet when we left to go back home in Nebraska. he realized the next day when we were unpacking. I called and they found it and had it ready for our daughter to pickup. their honesty was a breath of fresh air!!!

water pressure wasn’t very good and it took awhile for the water to heat up.
