Fairfield Inn & Suites Tehachapi

Everything was wonderful.. check in, the desk attendant was very professional, we were there for a wedding and it was quite a few of us all getting our rooms and she was very courteous..the beds were comfortable, clean room, bathrooms great.. they serve a nice breakfast.. overall great place to stay

Booking.com definitely dropped the ball, my stay was never confirmed. Luckily I was able to get a room and treated with respect by the team. I was visiting from out of town and knowing I booked through booking.com was honestly a giant joke. Thankfully the hotel staff was very accommodating and professional. Booking.com is a giant joke lol.

The size of the room, restroom and tub were extraordinary! The view of the gazebo and courtyard was relaxing and calming. Our room was spotless. The breakfast choices were very nice, with real eggs, bacon and Belgian waffles.

Our bed was quite firm. This is not a personal favorite for us, but was not a dealbreaker. I would stay there again anytime.

The room was nice and the bed was really comfortable. I really liked the view and the sheer nature curtains.

The only thing that I really didn't like was that around the tissue slot where the tissue box was located was dirty. I didn't realize you had spa services until this survey. When I checked in, I had to wait for staff to come and they were not very informative.

I liked how quick check in and check out was and very convient breakfast. The room was spacious and very comfortable. My daughter was able to play with her toys in the couch area while we could relax as well.

SoThe pillows were too soft for our taste but that is being super picky. All the lights were motion sensors so the room was a little too dark for my daughters taste.Other than that it was great.

pillows were too stiff and tall. some way to get hikers to bath before getting in hot tub. hot tub questionable after they went in. questionable color of water after them.

reception and feel of the hotel is a bit soulless. reception was friendly enough but obviously very bored. poor breakfast lady was rushed off her feet.

The location was perfect after a long drive to get there. I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable and safe I felt. My room was better than perfect. I have already recommended that my coworkers stay at Fairfield Inn when travelling to Tehachapi.

I didn't like that I was there less than 24 hours.

We loved the room. We had a little sitting area that was completely private from the bedroom. As one of us is a very light sleeper and doesn't sleep much, this was ideal! Thank you!

The sheets felt like they were starched. They were very uncomfortable.
