Staff was nice and room cleaned pretty good

I requested lower level they gave me 2nd floor. No coffee pot available. I wasn't aware that it's 25.00 per dog which Is the most I've ever paid for animals. Wasn't told the times or where to go for breakfast. They also didn't tell me I could only pay via credit card and they left the ladder, tape,screw driver they were repairing something and never cleaned up the mess. Pricey i think but I still would stay again

It was very easy to find the property, and it was very close to everything we were doing while visiting. Our room was comfortable and clean. I appreciated all of the amenities that were offered. They advertise "affordable vending machines", and I guess $2.00 for a super cold bottle of water wasn't bad!

When we arrived, the trash cans outside were all very full. Additionally, it seemed like the person in the room next to us was slamming their kitchenette cabinets open and closed, so not *as* sound proof as some might like. Also the TV remote was temperamental... Either because the batteries were nearly dead, or the TV was sitting too low.

the only small negative was the FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. it was granola bars and oatmeal packets. maybe dont mention free breakfast, and just have a counter they can take those if theyd like.

The room was exceptionally clean. I stay in hotels a lot including many top rated 4 star+ hotels and the cleanliness of my room at Extended Stay exceeded most of the highly rated hotels. The room was a basic no frill design but every part of it was very clean! It was so comfortable!!

Both Jazlyeen and Alineh were AWESOME! Jazlyeen took care of an issue without any problem at all and right away! Alineh went out of her way to mail my charger to my lap top thet I left in the room. The staff was super friendly and the room was amazingly big! Coffee and muffins are available in the morning.

I left early so the maintenance lady can clean my room but unfortunately they don't have that every day. It's a $10 fee.

I loved it was so close to the freeway, and it was clean, big room with a kitchen for a great price.

I tried contacting the property about having my husband check in for me, since I’d be in a wedding at the time of check in. But they never got back to me and it was an issue when my husband got there.

Quick and efficient customer service. Plenty of construction, but they accommodated our children by placing us in a room far away.

Great facility/rooms great staff.

Everything is spot on with this hotel, and this may be nitpicking- but the windows are terrible in all 5 ESA I've stayed- the room's windows are nasty! Like looking at a great sunset through a turd. Simi Valley, Santa Barbra, Fairfield-Napa, Santa Rosa South, Santa Rosa North.

Hotel staff was friendly and courteous. I explained to staff that it was a good recovery from my trip to Virginia where my reservations were lost.
