SureStayPlus Hotel by Best Western San Jose Central City

The breakfast was quite good, with sausages, omelet, bacon, yogurts, toasts and jams. the Gym is not the most modern, however did suit my needs. the location is very convenient when traveling by car as it provides a direct connection to the main road and has sufficient parking spaces.

take note that when traveling without a car, the location is not central and not convenient.

Perfect location for easy commute to conduct the work that needed to be done. Layout of the room was great as I was able to use the bathroom & shower without bumping into doors.

I had a WiFi connection but no internet. That created some unnecessary challenges as I needed to prepare reports in the room. A quick job to the nearest Starbucks was able to remedy the situation. Could have done without the extra effort to get my work done.

It was comfortable and clean love the hot tub in the room. Very relaxing.

The fact that there is no where to park if you have a second vehicle. Is very stressful. There is no where to parrk anywhere near the hotel. That makes it hard to enjoy your stay and or come back if you hàve 2 cars.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast was a plus for the cost of our stay. I booked last minute on a flight back from Hawaii and had no issues booking and checking in upon arrival. My daughter may have left her stuffed animal in our room during our stay, is there a way to find out?

Clean rooms, nice beds and pillows, everything worked, had soaps and shampoo, pool was good, balcony was great, not bad views, parking good, breakfast was good. A Noon check out (thank you!)

Hot tub not hot was not advised it was broken till on site. U turn need to enter.

It was clean, good amenities in room and bathroom. Bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was really bad, my son got diarrhea and I got stomachache.

Clean and Nice. Has a free breakfast.

The room beside or above us is noisy. I think they were fighting over something and we didn't sleep that much because of the noise. We reported it to the front desk and we were informed that a police also came but it did not resolve the issue.

Staff- Harry was very welcome and friendly, good thing I visit this hotel few time and I requested for room location but staff said it’s not available but this time room location was available and provided to me. In future I prefer same room for stay in if they can book for me. Thank you HARRY

Before room location was middle of raw and sometime next room people make noise and does not get sleep properly as I need to wake up early for work.

I loved the bathroom. My mother had disabilities and she was able to very comfortably bathe and get around in the bathroom. There was a seat in the bathtub, a handheld shower head/hose and safety bars near thetoilet and in the tub. The room was very clean and smelled very nice and the staff was extremely accommodating. We needed toilet paper and the manager brought it himself (right away). We asked for towels and they were at our door within a few minutes. Also, this is one of the only hotels I've stayed at in the past year that's had any kind of breakfast. It was a bagel w/cream cheese, a fruit cup and orange juice (hot coffee is also available)- nothing amazing, but most hotels that claim to have a breakfast have now stopped due to covid - so it was nice to get something.

The only thing I didn't love was that the constructing nearby made it a little difficult for doordash & lyft drivers to find the hotel, but it really it wasn't a big issue. Everything made it to us just fine.

I did like the staff and the room . It was a great stay and so comforting.

Around 10pm to midnight there were loud music and obnoxious loud people outside and if the staff could perhaps try to talk to them next time or maybe even call the cops to avoid confrontation, although I did not make a complaint to the staff , I just thought I'd leave it in the review so they can just be aware.
