Bay Bridge Inn San Francisco

Had trouble with my cable and staff was on it fast. He was also very friendly.

No elevator and I had alot of luggage to haul upstairs but I would still book here. Walking distance to Giants Ballpark.

Parking available, you usually pay extra for on site parking lots in SF. plus there was security cameras to keep an eye on things., wi-fi included, ice machine outside in good working order, beds nice and firm. Cable tv had a lot of stations. Room clean and tidy. Was able to get food delivered through Toast app. and Uber Eats, (no close, nearby restaurant though). Staff in office very nice and helpful.

Location of motel difficult to find, several taxi drivers even had no idea where it was. Bathroom sink drained slowly. Fridge not very cold. Air conditioner didn't turn on so opened window instead, little noisy because of freeway traffic.

One night, someone knocked on my door a few times. First I thought somebody by mistake knocked on the wrong door. When it happened a couple hours later, I decided to get up and look out of the window who was doing it. It was a man, a homeless person (?). Of course the door was locked, but the chain lock was broken. I am a grown man, I can defend myself easily. It may not be the case with some guests.

Nice staff, a very tidy and clean room, well equipped with fridge, coffee machine etc. Free parking. Easy access to the freeway, walking distance to Market street an cable cars. Good price for the quite central location and the access from Oakland Bay bridge. I really recommend this hotel.

I appreciated the level of attention to detail that staff has for its guests. The room was immaculate as far as cleaning goes. Centrally located. Within walking distance to Union Square and SOMA establishments. I had a very good stay.

Not too many things but the blinds are in need of maintenance. That's all.

Even though Booking.com made a problem for me because they wouldn't allow my companion to leave her credit card instead of mine, Bay Bridge Inn did not charge me for the first night.

The bed was very hard. I have joint problems, so it was uncomfortable for me. Most people would have liked it though. I used 8 pillows to make a soft mattress.

The location is perfect easy access to the Bay Bridge, Market Street and Union Square. The desk clerk is very professional and responsive. In fact my first visit was terrible but I decided to give them another chance. The desk clerk offered a choice of rooms and had me inspect the room. She wanted to make sure my visit was pleasant. I was very impressed with her customer service.

Nice room, perfect WiFi, pleasant and helpful staff. Good place to stay for a Giants game, less for exploring the city

we were lucky, but parking can be a problem - first come, first serve and not enough spots

The price was very affordable and parking is free which really rare for Downtown San Francisco. Room was clean, bed was comfortable.

I didn't realize it's next to the 6th street, which really not safe area. The chain on the door was broken, there were no shower curtain in the bathroom.

The free parking, which was directly outside our room. The fridge and microwave helped, so we didn’t need to purchase take away or restaurant food all the time. The staff were polite and helpful.
