Loma Linda Inn

The room was small and sparse but clean and modern - perfect for us! Breakfast was to be delivered to the room but they didn't note that we were there and we waited. And waited. Finally we went down and they made note that we were there and the GREAT meal was delivered soon after. Make sure they note that you'll be taking breakfast.

See above. Overall it was a nice stay in a rather quiet and traffic-less area (In the summer anyway!) near the university.

Price was good for what you got. Area was safe. Free parking and breakfast. Wi fi was pretty good. Had a mini fridge and microwave. Air conditioning worked good or heat if you needed heat. Blackout curtains worked good. Chair and a desk space. Mini closet. Good video cctv for safety. Good lighting for cars at night.

Not much. Only 3/4 roll of toilet paper in room. I always bring my own so it didn't effect me. Guests don't park in their numbered space but the clerk worked it out for me. No extra plug ins for your phone or tablet. Usually they are located on the lamps. Minor inconvenience.

I liked that what I got is exactly what I saw in the pictures usually when I rent a hotel I go off of pictures and I’m disappointed when I walk in and it looks nothing like the pictures. Here they looked exactly like the pictures and I was very impressed when I walked in it didn’t smell like old cigarette smoke. Very clean well-kept room, bright and comfortable for a getaway to just clear the mind for the night.

I didn’t like when I was parking my car a man that was staying at the hotel decided it was OK to approach me and ask me if I was there alone and if I was married. I did say I was married and my husband was in the room even though I was there alone that was a little uncomfortable but it has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

Nice staff .. understanding when I got noise complaints for my 2 year old being a wild child stomping around

Wish it was closer to food .. but I don't have a car so everything is far for me lol.... Oh and I didn't get my breakfast that was supposed to be included but that could be due to my 2 year old unplugging the phone

The room was very clean and well-lit and had everything I needed - fridge, microwave, coffee maker, desk, fast wi-fi, comfortable bed, powerful A/C, and a great shower. (There was a TV too but I didn't use it). The people at the front desk were very nice, the parking was free, the location was very close to campus (easy walking distance), and the price was very affordable. I would definitely stay here again!

It would have been nice to have a soda/water vending machine. I asked about it at the office, and it turns out that they sell canned drinks or water there for $1, so that was very helpful.

Staff was friendly even when charging me extra. The room was small but very nice.

I needed to request an early check in to conduct some work related business, and I informed the clerk that I would not need the room for the entire night, in fact I only needed it for a few hours. But they told me that they were going to charge me a early check in fee. I asked if they gave Military Veteran discount, to hopefully offset that fee, and was informed that because I used a third party agent to reserve the room that they could not give me the discount. What I find odd about that is they can easily tack on an additional charge but could not give a military discount! Very disappointing and double standard.

Very clean and quaint. For a motel, it’s very lovely. It’s perfect if you just need a simple, clean and safe room. Nice staff and location. Pleasantly surprised. Great value.

Very hot as soon as you enter and it takes a while for the ac to cool up the room. The beds are very small.

Everything we needed at good price. Nothing fancy, decor a bit dated but very comfortable bed, good shower, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Feels like ownership by good people who have pride in their business instead of big corporate. We have had many hotel breakfasts during covid but this was amazing, fresh, homemade, & delivered to our door each morning: flavorful hot cereal, still warm boiled egg, cut up fresh fruit mix, & croissant. We will be back!

Pillows were a bit lumpy, but acceptable for the price range of this motel.

The great check in staff. The guy at the front desk made us feel very welcomed. It was close to where our appointment was. The AC was the best! Cooled us down fast.

The bathtub needed a floor mat. It didn’t have one and it was slippery when we went to take a shower.

Breakfast was great and delivered right to our door! Simple and healthy and delicious! Also, I returned to my room after midnight and my key card wouldn’t work. I called the number on the key envelope and the manager (?) walked me through getting another key from a safe and STAYED WITH ME THE WHOLE TIME on the phone, also reassuring me he could see me on the surveillance cameras. It was dark and a little nerve wracking but it made me feel safe knowing he was keeping a watchful eye out for my safety while talking to me over the phone.
