The Belamar Hotel Manhattan Beach, Tapestry by Hilton

Great property, very clean and the staff is very nice. There is a restaurant in the property which we were able to get some meals from. Didn't spend much time by the pool but the facilities were great. There are also record players in the room. I would stay here and recommend to friends and family.

Calm atmosphere, friendly staff, clean bedrooms that are modern enough, close to Manhattan village shopping area and restaurants, it is a 25-30 min walk to Manhattan beach main area but it is a nice walk!

Paying for parking on the hotel at $25 a night despite the fact that we parked ourselves. I know this is more of a US thing but as we’re from the UK and don’t have this I find it so hard to justify. Valet option is simply not needed at all for a small and easy to navigate car park, just money for nothing.

The room was beautiful and bright. The patio area was nice and so were the staff and guests.

The room was a little funky. We noticed the smell as soon as we entered. Our friends also had a room and it smelled funny as well. I'm not sure of it was the carpet or something else but I do wish there was more of a aromatic smell.

Bed was extremely comfortable and room clean and nicely furnished and hotel located directly across the road from a shopping centre with restaurants. Room service very helpful and great food.

The hotel never received (or didn’t process) the Booking.com booking which although I emailed the confirmation to the front desk, while standing at the front desk I was overcharged for the accomodation. Although this didn’t surprise me as I had trouble booking the hotel. Subsequently after following up a couple times the overcharged portion they say will be refunded. Thank you Jesika H

There were no eating facilities available on the premises because of the pandemic. And the view from my room was of the trees but I really liked my room. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of my room and the cost, very doable and not overpriced like most of the hotels in the area. If the price stays the same I will most definitely be back. Thank you, a good and clean hotel and not overpriced is hard to find........

They should have an ice machine on every floor and vending machines.

Second time i stayed here and I'd love more time to sit in the garden or use the pool. Record players in the room is a great feature and the overall decor and design aesthetic is really good!

The avocado toast for breakfast was more like avocado bread and $18 for this i feel is steep. Also its $25 to park and then its a valet service too. I didn't tip as feel this should be part of the parking charge.

I personally sought out a hotel for myself, and others for a birthday celebration. The restored hotel was small and quaint, and nestled inside of an active residential community. The bedroom and bathrooms were clean. The beds were soft and comfortable to sleep on.

I did not find anything to not like.

the staff were extremely professional and nice. the room was very large and clean. hotel is in a nice area and felt very safe. it’s across Manhattan village for restaurants or quick shopping (not too many stores) and a 30-40 minute walk to manhattan beach which is great. roughly 15 min drive to LAX airport.

$100 incidental per night you stay

The best things about this hotel are staff, location, value and quiet area All staff people were very helpful. The room was very pretty with light wood furniture and lovely linens. Even a cable night blanket on the bed Location is perfect. Close to main artery AND next to a residential neighborhood You could walk to the beach if you are a regular walker. It’s about 1.75 miles to MHB pier. Safe streets with sidewalks and many up and down hills. It’s also a quick drive with plenty of reasonably priced parking I would stay here again. Good value

No complaints whatsoever

Great location & the bed is extremely comfortable.

The only negative about the room is the bathroom has no ventilation so a room with a balcony is way better & can use better lighting. There’s also extra fees they don’t tell you about until you get there. The fee is a damage deposit (75$) you get back that’s additional to the parking fee so instead of paying 25$ a day for parking it’s really 100$ a day.
