This was our first trip to Mammoth Lakes and we will definitely be back. Such a beautiful location with so much to see. We went there for the Reggea Festival but got to experience so much more. Jose at the front desk was a wealth of knowledge and made the area so easy to navigate. We were able to see and go everything we wanted with ease. He had so many wonderful recommendations, like visiting June Lake, Convict Lake and The Village Center. Going to the top of the waterfall at Mamie Lake was a highlight for us. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and are so thankful for Jose's direction and recommendations.

We wish the room had air conditioning because it was a very hot weekend. But it had a fan so we were able to bring in the cool air at night.

Staff very warm and friendly, this made a real difference. Room very clean and comfortable. Location excellent. Also, I only discovered the Loop Trail just behind the hotel on my last day -- this was a real bonus and maybe should be advertise more!

Only some rooms had an excellent view. Mine did not with a view of the parking lot. Maybe its worth being clear about this at the time of booking. The building felt a bit old and the floors above were creaky. Also, a breakfast buffet would have been good. The price was rather high but for Mammoth Lakes in August this is probably normal.

We were greeted by the most helpful gentleman, so pleasant and welcoming. There was no lift which wasn’t an issue for us but without asking he immediately took my very heavy case and carried it up the stairs for me which was so sweet. The hotel is so cute with a lovely lounge area where too can help yourself to coffee’s etc, books, even bath bombs ! We only stayed one night and didn’t get chance to use the steam room etc but I wish we had more time, it looked lovely. This was a layover for us so we weren’t there long but I really enjoyed my stay and the warm welcome

Nothing other than my stay was too brief 😀

My room was great. Very clean. I requested a ground floor room when I checked in so I didn't have to carry my bags upstairs. The young lady that checked me in was fantastic and very helpful. My only wish was there was a little breakfast bite or opportunity to purchase something, I had to leave early (6:30 am). Coffee/tea etc., was a nice surprise. Definitely will stay here again. Location perfect.

The room and internet was great. Bed comfortable. There is a great sitting area off the lobby with a nice welcoming fire. Microwave available to use which is nice. Continual Hot coffee and hot water for tea etc. Small basket of salty snacks I believe. My only suggestion would be to have something breakfast related in the early morning before the stores open. Like a grab and go mini muffin or protein bar. I had a 6 hour drive ahead and on a deadline. The Stove (fantastic breakfast joint doesn't open till 7am) which is across the street. There is nothing I didn't like/

Close to town but far enough to enjoy the quiet. The Stove being across the street was the best part! Clean.

There was a random storm that had come through the weekend I stayed and it snowed. It was a bit chilly, so I turned on the heater. However, it smelled like carbon monoxide, so I immediately turned it off and opened the windows (even though it was snowing) to air it out. The next morning, I told the staff and they said because the heaters haven’t been used since it’s been warm, it might just need to be warmed up. I ended up trying to leave it on while I was out but it still smelled funny, so I just did without the heater. The staff was excellent in asking if it worked and they could change me rooms but I felt bad and just decided to wear warmer clothes to bed.

Very quiet, beautiful views of the mountains, friendly staff, very close to food, breweries, etc. Room simple but clean and comfortable.

We with there was a microwave in the room. there seems to be space for a microwave on top of the cabinet that holds the refrigerator. Having to go down to the lobby to reheat your morning coffee or warm up some food is a bit annoying. During the pandemic especially.

Upon checking in the room that I was provided was not what was displayed online. After speaking with the staff they were able to quickly change the room, which was much more in line with what was needed for the duration of our stay. The spa downstairs was great with the steam room Jacuzzi and shower to wind down your day. We also spent a little time in the lounge area which was comfy and relaxing.

Thought it was very nice place. My bed was so comfortable. Over all my room was nice, big and very comfortable. Also it was close to everything. The front desk people where very nice and helpful. It snowed while I was there and they had ice scraper and tools to help me get the snow off of my windshield of my car.

The blow dryer dint work. I brought my own so it worked out fine. The water temperature was not warm enough when I went to take a shower. The water filled up In The bath tub while I was showering and never drained out.

The front desk guy was awesome! The lobby with coffee, etc., and old time movies, guest computer, books to borrow…. The location was nice too, especially for our needs. Nice to be away from the touristy hubbub.

It was on the pricey side for our budget, but to be expected.
