Hilton Garden Inn Fairfield

It was unusually quiet at night and I loved that.

I was there for a Reunion and was not able to get the special rate for my rm. they said I had registered too late to get the rate—— I had not known there was a cut off date. So, I paid Way more than my friends and the Lady who could have helped me Erika, was off over the weekend—- I felt somehow taken advantage of and had hoped to get the special rate!

Mask are said to be required. But not enforced. a construction crew was staying and they would block the elevator so you could not get out except to push ur way out as 5 large men pile on. 1 man brought is whole family plus all his tools on elevator after kicking it and doors opened we were force to get out while he made snide comments. Beside the construction people good stay THE ELEVATOR SHOULD HAVE SIGN STATING A MAX OF PEOPLE IN 1 ELEVATOR people have concept of person space or safety.

The check in was smooth and easy. Didn't grab his name unfortunately amazing customer service appreciate him and the great way he deals with customers.

Breakfast was good.

Too much noise from neighboring rooms. Next time will request higher floor

The property is clean. Eric was friendly at the reception. Lots of fast food around the property and a nice shopping center just a few blocks away. The property also have a lot of parking slots available.

Our room was assigned facing the freeway. The sound wasn’t bothering until there was an accident happened.

Property was very clean and appealing.

The room was marketed as a 1 bedroom spa suite. There was no “room”-it was a typical king sized bed in the middle of the room. Think I would have stayed at another location if I would have known, as I was traveling with kiddos and wanted the additional/separate room. But there was nothing about the hotel or room that I would have complaints about.

Breakfast and the staff there (Glow!!) were great.

The toilet in our room, 445, barely worked and I requested a plunger just in case, but no one brought one. I would not stay in that room in the future because of that. A larger box of kleenex would have been nice.

The staff were friendly and professional. The facility was clean and well laid out. Our room was comfortable. The breakfast was good, but there was only one waitperson, so the service was very slow.

More staff in the restaurant.

The lobby was beautiful with different places to sit and enjoy your time.

I had to ask for things and then either didn’t get as promised or had to go to top management to work out a slight problem Management was exceptional!!

I stayed one night on business and the hotel was really nice and clean, the room was also very clean and attractive, and staff was very nice. I didn't notice any noise or other issues. Great experience, would absolutely stay again, and I am happy to give this location two thumbs up! Great place. The no contact check in and check out are fantastic and so easy to use.

Did not have opportunity to have breakfast.
