The Commerce Casino & Hotel

Loved the value for price, the valet was experience was well-run, the rooms were nice.

I wish the rooms had a mini-fridge and a nicer pool. I would have liked my room cleaned daily and easier access to more water bottles when needed. I stayed for a week and didn’t have my room some days.

I like the rooms and friendliness of the staff. We have quite nice room, clean and tidy, we like the additional service like valet and extra cash to spend in the hotel.

What I did not like was the restaurant that was serving breakfast, the waiting time was far too long and the response from the waiter was not satisfactory at all. We have tried to talk to the hotel but they claimed the that is it not their responsibility.

Beds were comfortable.

One of the bathroom doors came completely off of its hinges. It took a little bit for maintenance to come and fix it. Not a good idea to have sliding doors for a bathroom door. There is always a little gap so you don’t have complete privacy.

Fun, fun, fun!!! I met a bunch of great people at the hotel. Everyone was so amazing and friendly. From the staff to the customers, everyone here was at the casino to have a fun and great time. For my first time staying here I definitely give the property two thumbs up!

It’s not the fault of the property, but the politics from LA County manipulating the pandemic narrative have limited many amenities in the casino common areas.

I like the amenities

I didn’t like the casino I was expecting slot machines . I didn’t like the fact that the phone system was not working so I could not do room service. recommend that each room have a microwave and a refrigerator.

Room was a good size, very nice looking and clean, fast room service, very comfortable beds, comforts and sheets good amount of pillows given,

It was a bit confusing to find the check in bc it’s a small desk and something that I didn’t know was that valet parking is included with your resort fee!!

there was a specific parking space for anyone who stayed in the hotel. the parking isn’t far. you can order food through your phone.

food service was pretty expensive.

Very convenient to have everything you need at the Hotel, good, gift shop entertainment etc.

Booking.com service is horrible Swimming pool very small Jacuzzi Was broken
