Hampton Inn & Suites Chino Hills

The breakfast was great. They cleaned up the area every time someone made a mess. They check in was easy and the guy was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and well organized.

I didn’t like that the bed squeaks when you get in and out… The mattress seemed a little rough and felt some springs in my back.

When I was looking for a location, I looked for a family friendly environment. Very disappointing that the small pool had around 30 people in and around 30 people just sitting out side of it, someone was playing inappropriate music for a family hotel and they were drinking as well. Staff did not do anything about keeping social distancing or having less people at the pool. The pool is dirty. Breakfast it was just scramble eggs, waffles, oatmeal and toast ( super simple ).

Great location for the destinations we went to. The staff was very nice and helpful with directions to our destination (about an hour drive). Due to a glitch in the reservation process (1 night was added on prior to our arrival), we had to vacate our first room and relocate to another. The staff was very nice about explaining and trying not to have to move us; the manager was not very polite in answering my questions - perhaps it was too early for her? But I would stay here again regardless of the manager.

I liked how easy it was to check in and check out and how lovely the staff was. The location was also very good because food and gas was walking distance or within the same properties.

In our case, housekeeping opened our door twice without our consent, we were asleep and they opened the room doors.

Contacted front desk on 2 separate occasions and informed someone would be at our room to assist but no one showed up (maintenance for tv issue and towels never delivered)

We loved the cleanliness, helpful staff, the breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and organized. Very spacious for a family of 4 and more. We have a baby and loved that it had a microwave and refrigerator to keep their food and milk without going bad. The furniture at the hotel was beautiful. We HIGHLY recommend it!

Breakfast is awesome, location is great with full of store choice nearby. Room is very spacious and clean, free bottle water and all day long coffe/tea is great!

the pool was so relaxing, the breakfast wasnt just donuts or muffins, there was eggs, pancakes, bacon, fruit, yogurt, good real breakfast. the staff was always helpful.

the bed was a bit hard for my taste. the shower head sprayed in all directions and was too high up for me to even reach it to try and fix it, i should have said something to them when i was there.

I've stayed here before and it was good with the exception of the double doors to the other side. Guests were a little loud. Breakfast was good 😊

The room was clean however the towels were not what you'd expect for the price paid. They were old and smelled awful. Thankfully we brought our own and used them on the floor.

Would have liked a microwave in the room for the price we paid, but we still had a great time and was very comfortable.

There wasn't anything that stood out, except the lack of towels by the pool, which wasn't actually that big of a deal. We did have a slight problem with the keys. But over all it was a great weekend stay
