Hotel Amarano Burbank-Hollywood

Everything went great from the start of booking, it was easy and convenient! The hotel was super cute and clean. I could literally see my reflection in the floors they were so shiny and clean. All staff was so polite and helpful. The food and drinks were amazing. Room service was bomb! The pool and spa was amazing even though it rained I still used it. And last but not least the room was so beautifully decorated and clean. I took so many pics.

I could make something up but everything was on point! The only thing I could think of was maybe more food options for the continental breakfast.

What a beautiful, warm space! the front desk staff were friendly, professional and so accommodating. I wanted to check in early after a full morning of travel and I was given options to accommodate me and I was in my room in no time. They have no idea how grateful I was!

This is not important but they could improve their TV cable situation, it was not user friendly at all. Its a very small thing but I was looking forward to down time especially because it was pouring rain the weekend I was there and I was disappointed to not have the opportunity.

Me and my family had very warm and friendly experience, this small intimate hotel is nestled in this quiet neighborhood in Burbank, and is just what you need after long days of site seeing and fun filled days at universal studios. Everyone the hostess at the front to James at the bar to help relax in the evening was awesome. I would definitely recommend this boutique hotel when your in town or near by. I didn’t have any small children but that would be the only negative if I did it’s not really for small children or anything in the area for them.

This hotel is within a short distance of my son's home and is super convenient to that purpose. I was only in for one night but the room was comfortable and the hotel staff was super attentive and congenial. The continental breakfast was a great way to get started. The coffee was excellent which is also true of the coffee provided in the room. I also enjoyed the art work throughout the hotel. Great photo shots of Burbank's storied past along with a unique horse sculpture in the lobby!

We only stayed for one night but it was a great experience. The staff were beyond accommodating, friendly, and welcoming. Valet was quick, the rooms were sound proof because we didn’t hear anyone out in the hallways or out by the pool and our room window was right next to the pool and spa. I will definitely be back!

The rooms was beautiful I just didn’t like how hard and springy the bed felt.

Honestly, this was the most accommodating and friendly staff I have ever experienced! Every employee went above and beyond to help. they were all talkative, genuine and so nice! we ordered breakfast in bed both days and it was perfect. The first night, we needed to fill out the form for the morning breakfast but there wasn’t one in the room. We called the front desk and they brought a pen in less than 5 minutes. The valet employees were incredibly nice and quick! We had a drink in the bar and the bartender was super talkative and hilarious! The room was clean, completely remodeled and seemed fairly new. this was definitely the best hotel experience I’ve ever had and would highly recommend staying!

Breakfast was an expected continental breakfast with a good variety. It would be nice to have other bread selections besides bagels. Whole wheat, sourdough or English muffins. I really appreciated the availability of bottled water.

The coffee is on the lighter side. I prefer a French roast or another dark roast with more body.

The staff were super friendly. The daily resort fee included valet parking which was very convenient! The room was clean and bright. We stayed 6 nights and very much enjoyed our time. The neighborhood isn't lively, it's more of a residential area, but we got a lot more for our money by staying out here.

The bed could have been a little more comfortable, it felt like it's been around for a while. Otherwise the hotel was wonderful and I'd definitely stay again! You would want a car if you're staying here, it's about a 15 min drive to Downtown LA. We caught a Lyft one night and it cost $15-$20. Well worth it to not be driving home late at night.

The hotel is beautiful and has a boutique feel to it. It is in close proximity to my apartment, so it was perfect for my family when they visited. There were many amenities (thought bicycles were a very nice touch!) and it felt very luxurious. Super safe neighborhood and access to Vons and many restaurants in addition to being in the he cross section of many neighborhoods.

The hotels decoration is very nice. Food is very good. For my purpose very convenient. The service was very welcoming and nice.

What needs to be improved is cleaningness, I could see food on the carpet, also the washbasin area evidently was not well cleaned.
