I like that it is a woman owned business. Room was cool, clean and comfortable, recently refurbished. Nice refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and blow-dryer. Breakfast was a kit for a bowl of hot oatmeal with nuts and cranberries and raisins, plus a little breakfast snack bar. Bed was very comfortable.
The room door safety latch looked like it had been recently repaired - could be done more professionally to give more feeling of security. The air conditioner was rather loud, but did a great job of cooling the room. The furniture could use a little cleaning.

Sorry to miss out on the breakfast; hopefully that can return. Was delightful to interact with the owners/operators.
Not too much to like about the current Covid situation, especially with dining limitations, but that’s not something the motel has any influence over. Would definitely enjoy using the pool once it is re-activated.

Good location, easy access. Owners are super friendly, and on-site. Safe check-in via the late-night window. Outside, the property was super clean, spotless even, and looked updated and great. Call to book with them directly for the best rate, and ask for a AAA discount. We’d stay again for sure.
The room was clean and comfortable, minus a handprint on the lamp and stain on the blanket (that’s likely just my pandemic paranoia).

I needed to wait 8 minutes outside of the lobby in 117°F for check in. All this time the receptionist was inside with door closed working on check in papers. We had breakfast included when we booked however the receptionist (?) mentioned that the breakfast is included only when booking directly with the hotel. He changed his mined and brought breakfast to our room next morning.
