The room service was nice and the rooms were very clean.

I don’t like that you are required to valet with no other option. 27$ a night adds up and isn’t fair to require that when there is no other parking options.

Location is excellent, close to the feeway but in a nice area of Arcadia. Very close to the amazing park - LA Arboretum. Hotel is new and modern. Comfortable beds. Cool and relaxing lounge and a nice bar in the lobby. Nice views.

No coffee in the room! That's a big miss. Heard that from other guests as well while getting coffee downstairs. Hotel is a bit pricey, can't say that the price is fully justified. Expensive parking charge in the area where parking shouldn't be an issue.

We really liked Rene the person who helped us with our bags. He was very nice, sweet and very helpful. He was informative and giving a small tour as we walked up to the room. He showed us how to use the key card for the elevator and room. He seemed very passionate about what he does and he was a pleasure to meet.

Didn’t like the valet parking person when we arrived. He didn’t have good customer service and seemed irritated. He is the older gentleman. He seemed bothered we asked to bring the car up again. The rest of the valet staff was nice.

No self parking option

Very new and clean. Well designed and appointed. Super smooth check in. Lobby smells wonderful. Free coffee actually tastes very good, full bodied and flavorful.

No free parking onsite so we had to pay $27+tips for valet - though their service was curtious and prompt. Also, it took super long time to get second set of clean towels.

I loved the room ! I also loved the expansive and lively lobby. Staff is incredibly nice, welcoming, and helpful. The style is modern, clean, and nothing in the room feels unnecessary. I also loved the open bathroom set up :)

The smoke detector was right above my head and flashing all night which is a bit of a trip when you're trying to sleep. There was also an ongoing noise that I couldn't quite place. But none of that ruined my experience- would still definitely recommend.

Rooms are very nice and clean. Staff is very nice. The location is very safe and near a lot of restaurants. Easy drive to shops and other restaurants. Plus very close distance to some attractions like The Huntington and other Pasadena attractions.

Still unable to self park but I can see how 27$ a day valet with in and out privileges can work.

Very comfortable bed. Great shower. Very friendly staff. Efficient and superb room service. Pool was pleasant.

Half used body lotion left as a toiletry. But when I called guest services they fixed that right away. Room was for 2 people but only one set of toiletries was left in the room. Towels were rough; not soft. Refrigerator was not very cold for being set on the max. Kept losing power when blow drying my hair with a low setting. Had to finish away from the mirror.

The staff was super friendly, the hotel was clean overall, good value for the price I paid , I would definitely stay here again.

The room was a-little bit smaller than I thought especially the bathroom area, it would have been nicer if it had a bath tub as well.
