Sonesta ES Suites Anaheim Resort Area

I loved the location no homeless or noise hall ways. I could even tell if we had guest next door or above us. staff was amazing all 3 nights I stayed. the suite was perfect for 6 of us. it had silverware kitchenette microwave glass cups, porcelain plates and bowls. dishwasher and soup. I love the window view. beds were sooo comfortable soft and clean. it was like sleeping in clouds. king suit has a bed couch so it gave me more beds for my family. my kids loved the hot tub the lobby and breakfast are was huge. breakfast was good eggs,bacon, yogurt, fruit,bread.cheese. potatoes, milk, juices,oatmeal. hot sauce my favorite. cereal. my kids enjoyed our stay definitely coming back hopefully soon. good parking spaces wide enough for my truck. we used the bus / shuttle to go back and forth from Disney. 6$ /per person per day. used the app.

building was very nice inside no old walls or elevators. no weird smell like closet. clean clean. very close to Disney. lots of places to eat around the area.

See no need as to why you would charge for parking

there was black mold along the floor in the bathroom because there is no bathroom fan

I liked the fact that our room had a kitchenette and the TV channels were also accommodating our kids preferences. The laundry room was also very handy especially if you are travelling with kids. The hotel is 3km from Disneyland and there is a shuttle that can take you and fetch you.

The breakfast was a little bit repetitive. The eggs were scrabbled every day, same fruit offering everyday. I mean after four days, you are so tired of the breakfast that you want to vomit. I would suggest that they scrabble the eggs in some days and some days boil them and some days fry them. The parking fee is quite a lot of money, especially when you are from outside the USA like us. its unaffordable. Thats one thing that can make me not to book this hotel again.

Stayed here with my Family from Cork from 31st of March for 5 Days. The Staff where so nice the Room was very Big with Bedroom behind tv Room The Breakfast was Exceptional The Swimming pool was Very Clean The Only Downside was the Restaurant and Bar Wasn't open Every night so we Had to make Arrangements to go for Food Every night I Would Recommend this Hotel to anybody Travelling to Disneyland in Anaheim Los Angeles Trevor Lyons Douglas Cork

Each morning was a delight to go down to breakfast, the food was fresh warm. The staff was very helpful, pleasant and kept the food stocked for everyone. Thank you for your service. I will stay at your Hotel again. Pam and all the staff were wonderful. Pam went above and behind to get us a great room, Thank you Pam and Marcel at your Hotel next door was great. He gave us ideas of places to go and places to eat. Thank you Marcel.

I DO NOT think it was right to have to pay for parking. That was out of hand. You have to have a car to get around and then to be charged for it was wrong and costly. :-(

The location is good closer to Disney land and quite, and the swimming pool and the hot tub are great, it’s green area is good to get fresh Air. The receptionist, Citadel is super.

My item delivered by Walmart was received by the hotel and registered, but I wonder how some of the receptionists couldn’t trace it finally after I bought another one the item is located in the store after 2 days.

I loved the customer service by all of the front desk employees - they are super helpful, and professional. I must give kudos to Pamela for being extremely knowledgeable and having easily fulfilled my request to add my Sonesta Travel pass to my stay so that I may receive rewards points in a timely manner. Overall had a great experience -- the housekeepers and kitchen staff were all very friendly and personable as well.

The business center is good, and I do appreciate the complimentary printing services, however, the printer only had black/white option & there was no access to print in color. Would suggest being able to do would give a higher rating on that.

Close to Disney, Angels stadium and HondaCenter Had a decent breakfast Beds were comfortable rooms were spacious

The staff is great, everyone in the property was super nice. Very good space in the rooms and nice pool

The blackout does not close completely so you get light in the morning( they confirm all rooms are same) . Rooms are outdated but the price is fair. Breakfast is not good at all and is not a walkable location
