Eden Roc Inn & Suites near the Maingate

The rooms were clean and spacious loved the laminate floors no carpet!! Close to Disneyland and restaurants

The facility charges you for parking seemed expensive $17 a day and when we extended our stay they charged us a lot $228 for just one night and said they couldn’t go any lower on their prices especially when we stayed with them for 3 nights through booking.com for alittle over $400 and the hotel only leaves 2 towels and wash clothes in the room and so almost all the guest are having to come to front desk to ask for more and the pool had debris in it should be cleaner for that kind of price

I like the fact there was no housekeeping everyday. I don't need it. I LOVE THAT MY ROOM WAS QUIET. it was very comfortable.

When the room got warm it smelled like pee. The air conditioner also smelled like mold.

The property and room were very nice and clean. The staff was always helpful. Close to Downtown Disney and we were able to quickly walk to Disneyland. We have stayed here several times and will continue to do so when we are in town.

The ice machine was on the other side of the property so it was a walk to get to it. The beds were not the most comfortable for my daughters, but I thought they were fine.

The stay was great, the best part is that it is so close to Disneyland. Staff was very hospitable, the room was good.

There was a leak in the bathroom.

Noisy because it’s on a street and the rooms open to the parking lot. There are dirty cotton swabs in our bathroom trash. Weird sewer smell in room.

you will have to pay for parking while you stay. no shuttle bus to Disney but could ride the ART shuttle.

We checked in early, no problem at all except they gave us the wrong room type, twice, and then tried to tell me that was what we had booked. I had to show them my booking receipt to confirm. Upon driving into the hotel complex I was really worried about the rooms because the hotel itself just looks like a motel building. I shouldn't have been worried. When we entered the room it was huge, which was great, bed was big, and comfy. The room belied the style of building as it was in very good repair, well equipped and the bathroom really nice and big enough. They could update the shower heads though. Location is brilliant. I think almost the closet non-disney hotel to the entrance. Food etc could be a touch far to walk to but it is LA, you need a car.

The maid didn't speak English, we came at 6pm and the room was half clean, she came back and didn't finish cleaning as we were already in the room. However, there was no problem getting all we needed from the reception.

Good location and was a good sized room for my family. Beds were clean and comfortable.

The floor in our room was disgusting and literally made our socks and feet black when walking around the room - even after only taking a few steps around the room. They didn’t look dirty, but they obviously hadn’t been mopped in a while. We had to keep shoes on or wear dirty “room socks” to keep our feet clean at nights and in the mornings while in our room!

Very nicely renovated. Very clean lobby and room. Friendly staff. They held our bags all day on our last day after checkout so we could go to Disneyland. Within walking distance to Downtown Disney, Disneyland/CDA and Disneyland Hotel.

Pillows were very small. Each bed could use about 2 more. Being a motel, the outside foot traffic can get loud. We had a group of teens/young ladies that were very loudly talking right outside our room at about midnight. One even knocked on our door. No fault of the motel but the level of noise that can be heard inside our room was pretty high.
