Deluxe Inn

No breakfast. The location was not very good but the motel was very good compared to the location and the price. The bed and the bathroom were very clean, the bed was comfortable, the tv/lights were very good and plenty of channels. The internet was strong enough and the fridge and microwave were clean. Nobody was lingering in the parking lot and it didn't feel unsafe, just a lot of trucks.

Just the location but I made the reservation based on the price and knew the location would not likely be the best. It wasn't loud, though, just a lot of trucks.

Good location for continuing my travel home.

The facility is dated and could use some maintenance. Considering its location near the intersection of several interstates with a high volume of truck traffic, the area was devoid of any late night dining options. Seems there are fewer 24/7 truck stops.

After reading some very negative reviews concerning cleanliness of this place I was concerned. But the room/bathroom was a s clean as they come and the bed (yes, I even checked under the linens) was all clean and fresh. Very comfortable room/bathroom with everything one expects in a motel room (TV, fridge, desk, coffee maker, etc.) Convenient parking right in front of room. Very convenient location to I-40. Filling station (Love's) close-by.

i was SO IMPRESSED. I was expecting some gross old motel, and this place was actually nice!!! The had slight discoloration just from normal use but it was shiny and clean!! Its flooring not carpet which is nice. the floor is clean! The bed and pillows were very comfortable and you can tell that they have recently painted the walls! I don’t understand the bad reviews? Are people expecting a 5 star hotel when staying at a motel?? It had a slight older smell but you get used to it fast. West memphis is said to be rough but this is right off the highway surrounded by truck stops and other hotels so i did not feel unsafe whatsoever. AC worked great as well. Fast check in and out. Definitely recommend!! Looks just like the pictures.

Not a thing! Could of had more lighting options if i wanna get picky.

We like the service when we got here they are very friendly. The room was very comfortable the beds are very comfortable. The front desk person made us feel welcomed. They met everything we asked for. We will come back to stay at this motel when we come back through. It is very quiet except the 18-wheelers that go by all day. But that is not going to stop us from coming back. Thank you for having us.

I was very surprised at the facility once I got there. My room was very clean gas recently been upgraded. They do allow pets if you have them which is a plus. The girl at the desk was very pleasant and mannerly. Room was very quiet. Lots of hot water too. Mini fridge microwave and coffee maker in room also. Great value.

Located by the interstate but getting to it was a nightmare.

The Beds ! EXCELLENT 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I was back and forth from hotel to hotel because the beds were horrible, But Deluxe Inn DEFINITELY had the best beds 😊😊 . The room was homey , very comfortable stay . I liked that it’s not such a big place . Meaning only a few rooms. Because I don’t like a lot of noise lol so this location was great .

We loved everything about our stay. The room was imaculate and the TV was huge! The bed was the most comfortable that we had come across out of the 3 motels we stayed at during our trip. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and we couldn't have asked for a better room!

Great place to stay! Reasonable pricing as well! Check out time was 11, but we asked if we could stay til 12 and we were allowed the extra hour which was amazing!! Will definitely go back in the future!!

I didn’t like that I couldn’t park by my room or close too it! Had to park across the parking lot.

I didn't see any breakfast, or where it may have been offered. It was certainly never mentioned when I checked in.

The only chair in the room was the office chair next to the desk; one would expect a sofa chair and side table in a hotel room. Plus there was no carpeting at all in the room. Other than that, it was just fine.
