The actual location is nice and I’d stay there again. See the cons!
Booking.com is horrible. I’d never use it again. They restrict so many options the actual hotel has when it comes to working with you if something changes and you need to modify your reservation. Just call the hotel. They will honor the price and be easier to work with.

Was told that it was closer to the AMP than it was, no shuttle, and the property next to it was a little sketchy.

There is a hotel next door that is very sketchy. Also the parking lot / entrance from the street is very confusing on how to enter the correct hotel parking lot.
We expected a pull out sofa in the room and it wasn't there, there was a padded window bench in it's place.
