The breakfast exceeded my expectations. I found waffle batter and a waffle iron, a warmer with cheese omelets, bacon, and home fried potatoes, in addition to the typical cereals, yogurt, and breakfast breads. There was a variety of juice and coffee, as well as milk. My room was clean and comfortable. It would have been nicer if there had been a chair for relaxing and possibly a table.

While the room was clean, the shower curtain was stained and the bathroom just felt like it had been given the bare minimum of everything.

One of the best experiences and stays we've ever had. Absolutely friendly, helpful and courteous staff. The room was worth every penny and more. Very conveniently located to the interstate as well as shopping, dining and the major locations of town. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great rest. Due to a recent knee surgery, the staff put us in a room on the main floor which was close to the exit, parking, laundry and other services. The breakfast was great and was the cherry on top of an overall amazing stay. The best staff we've every dealt with.

No cleaning smell. Clean lobby. Once we got batter for waffles, very nice ! New building but maintenance is starting to get sloppy

Breakfast only thing good was waffles. Potatoes dried out. Omelets not hot. Had to request more waffle mix and cups for coffee. Kitchen person had attitude about getting g more. Floor in elevator sticky, sink in room with soap scum, shower caulking dirty. House keeping lacking. House keeper had slippers on.

The staff were the best I've ever dealt with at any hotel, bar none. They were helpful, friendly, courteous and very quick to assist in any way they could. Probably the best experience we've ever had. Due to a recent knee surgery, I asked for a room which would be easy for me to get in and out of with luggage. They put us in a room on the main floor which was very close to the exit for the parking lot. The room was spacious and the bed was absolutely comfortable. Breakfast was perfect. The room was clean and modern. Everything was just great. We'll be telling others to stay here and definitely will be our home away from home when visiting.

I loved the staff, breakfast, pool, and really comfortable beds. I liked being close to the casino. The breakfast host was a delightful and fun lady.

It was a bummer losing electricity when you're trying to checkout. I left some expensive toiletries behind that were never recovered. The faucet leaked and the toilet kept running.

The people were friendly and helpful, room and facility was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Friendliness and politeness are very rare anymore, the staff was exceptional! It was also very quiet overnight, which has not been the occasion on our recent travels, so we were extremely grateful for this as well.

There was a lot of light coming in the room. Not sure if this could be helped though. A sleep mask is a good solution for this.

Emergency stay during the week due to icy driving conditions. Hotel was in a good location at a reasonable price, and a hot breakfast was even included. The room was spacious and clean. Check in was easy and the lady working the desk was very friendly…actually all the staff I interacted with were super nice! would not hesitate to book this hotel again if needed!

Davante! Most of the employees were very friendly. The coffee station was nice. Plus the comfort of the room... especially the bed. The location is excellent... close to everything.

The room needed more linens... only two of everything was provided. The shower and bathroom floor needed a deep cleaning. The breakfast was okay... cant remember why, but it was much better on our last visit.

The staff was super friendly and very attentive. The breakfast was fantastic! The room size was very nice and everything worked well.

My nose gets me in trouble. If it is clean it should SMELL clean. The room had a musty smell, which I encounter in most hotels. I am very sensitive to smells and mold so this was the reason for the score being lower than it could have been.

Breakfast options were limited. Some of the things, like waffle maker, were not working because there was no batter for the waffles, but the rest of it was good. Somehow while showering the water leaked out onto the floor of the bathroom.
