So I was a little confused on the contactless stay but honestly it wasn't an issue at all. I actually quite liked that part. If we needed them all we had to do was call. So this place is awesome just let me say. The decor is perfect and we absolutely loved it. It's only a hundred yards or so from the actual town area with all the historical buildings. So you aren't slap dab in the middle of it. Which if you have kids makes it even better. No saloon noises and after-hours sounds. The area is super safe!!!! They have a kitchen with refrigerator and microwave. There is even a shelf full of books. And a small closet. The accomodations are just lovely. It has the perfect Tombstone style. We stayed in the Mustang room. The parking is great too, it's literally 6 feet away from the door. We booked for two nights and we wished we would have stayed longer. I had to call the staff before we came and they are super amazing. I think I spoke to two ladies, one was Alexis I think. They both were pleasant. They seemed to really care about their guests. There is a ceiling fan and a great AC unit. The sun rise and sun set are a sight to see. There's a great patio area and they have lavender and rosemary planted at the front of the rooms. Loved the ocotillos too. I can't say enough good about this place! The price was exceptional as well. You get so much more than you pay for.

We ran out of toilet paper but that was my fault. There was no excuse other than that I didn't call them to ask for more because I didn't want to bother them 😂 but we bought some so it wasn't a big deal at all. I would do the same again. We would absolutely stay again. The ceiling is beautiful, attached photos.

Loved this little place. We only stayed one night, but it would definitely be a good place to stay for a few. It has a small full kitchen, which was good to store leftovers and waters. It was dated but I loved that because it kept with the theme of Tombstone, rustic and old western. There was a back door with small patio and vending machines steps away. The desk attendant was wonderful, gave us recommendations of where to eat and where not to bother. She had just baked fresh cookies for the guests and they were delicious. Definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Bathroom was super small.

This was such a funky, fun place to stay! The smell of fresh cookies greeted us when we arrived and were given to us and the woman at the reception desk (unfortunately I have forgotten her name) was so friendly, kind, and went out of her way to assist me in locating an iron and ironing board - eventually the owner found one for me.) The little patio area off the room was a great place to relax after a long day of activities. They also have a nice community area with a fire pit and seating. Just a great, although, old-fashioned place!

I understand the new owners are taking out the kitchenettes to put bunk beds in and updating the mattresses - all of which are good ideas since the kitchenettes are not equipped to use and it could reduce the two queen beds to one leaving more room for the couch/seating area. We had a fancy tub that appeared dingy (not dirty, just old and overused), so taking that out and putting in a walk-in shower with more room for an area around the sink for various items would be nice. But don't change too much! The overall vibe was perfect for Tombstone!

I loved that someone cares enough for this sweet older motel to be remodeling it to bring it up to date and is doing it very tastefully. It’s located just a few short blocks from all the action. My window faced north and had a nice view, especially of sunset time. The room is small but comfortable.

The office wasn’t open when they said they’d be. The new bathroom fixtures are nice but the rain shower head is so big it fills the whole small shower, you can’t get away from it to soap up. I laughed a lot because it was so silly. The sink faucet too, though lovely, was also oversized, too long. It was hard to work around it brushing my teeth. But these small inconveniences were not enough to deter me from enjoying my stay.

older property that has been updated, very clean, small but well suited for our one night in town, room has coffee maker, small refrigerator (keep our drinks very cold and worked great) and satellite tv, heart and AC (in wall AC unit was very loud even on the lowest setting) very easy to access room, you park right in front of the room. Super easy to check out, just drop off the keys in the drop off box and go. The motel is close to the main part of town, but off the main road so it was very quiet, even on a Friday night! Lady who checked us in was very nice.

shower floor had some soap scum, could have been cleaned better, water pleasure was a bit low, and the heater/AC unit was very loud even on the lowest setting, they do not have an ice machine on the property.

Great location. The Inn is just a couple of blocks off of historic Tombstone so we walked and saved us a hassle of finding a parking spot. The room was very small and a little challenging to move around in but doable. We had a small kennel that took up a bit of floor space. Very clean room. Delicious chocolate chip cookies, fresh out of the oven. Nice treat! It was a nice area to walk our dogs. Saw deer early in the morning and was able to see the town before it was full of fellow tourists.

Office hours are very short, 2-6 pm, making communications difficult.

The motel is very well situated for the attractions of Tombstone. The OK Corral is no more than a 5 min walk and the town is just as close. The room was a little on the small side but appeared to have been recently refurbished. The room was clean everything worked and the bed was extremely comfortable. The car was parked right outside the room. The Wi-Fi worked to a point not the quickest but worked.

The check in process was difficult as the receptionist was new to the role, not her fault, but we got there in the end, this was possibly due in part to international credit card rather than domestic being the issue.

Location, less than 5 minute walk from the main street, quiet and already booked to go back for four nights this September, with my mum this time. Only one note for me to say would be it would of been nice to have an hair-dryer. Thanks Sharon

Nothing to not like, it was later than we thought when we got there but very responsive when we couldn't find the place in the dark, answered the phone within a couple of rings so really good and helpful

A HIGHLIGHT of our West Coast trip. MUST STAY in here if you are visiting Tombstone and, if possible, get one of the rooms they have in which well-known celebrities have slept! We had the chance to stay in John Wayne’s one and, trust me, it was mindblowing! You literally feel like you are in a movie: The town itself plus Sagebrush Inn made our experience unforgetable. Both of the managers were super-friendly and helpful with us. Long story short, we has some issues with our rental car and they did EVERYTHING possible to give us a hand in order to fix it (which we end up accomolishing..!) Both me and my wife want to thank you all once again for such an incredible and friendly experience.

new renovations were well done. good location. great views all around and good window view of mountains. just right distance from the main streets. we could walk everywhere but it was quiet.

in the bathroom in the Ike room the shower head was too high and splashed water on the floor by the toilet. need to put up a clear plastic guard between partition and ceiling or it will eventually ruin the new floor. also, a double hook on the back of the bathroom door would be good to add for wet towels.
