Delta Hotels by Marriott Phoenix Mesa

I didn't have the breakfast - the location was lovely - my husband and I used to stay here all the time when we were in Mesa and we always loved it! Also, your front desk staff was wonderful!!!

I almost froze to death in my room! I couldn't get the temperature above 72 and there were no extra blankets . . . Room service also took over two hours - there were extenuating circumstances which were explained to me upon delivery and my meal was comped, so I was satisfied.

I liked the location as it was close to the Mesa Performing Arts Theater. The Customer Service friendly and exceptional every time and every way. I requested a room with Roll in Shower in Mesa location, room 122 to be exact…the only suggestion I have is to make some improvements to the bathroom. The toilet seat does not fit the toilet base and there is no place to keep personal items if you are staying several nights. I hope you take notice and make it more user friendly.

Location was great. There was no onsite restaurant. Rooms were large, clean and well appointed. The perfect spot to watch fireworks for 4th of July. My daughter already wants to come back next year.

No onsite restaurant. They do have a bar with limited food items but since we went on a holiday, it would have been nice to have a full service restaurant on site as finding a nearby restaurant that was open on the 4th was very challenging.

The Delta Marriott met all of our needs for our 3 day stay in the Phoenix area. We had a minor issue with the A/C not working in our room and Eva in Maintenance went above and beyond to accommodate us and put us up in another room. I hope hotel management recognizes what a great employee they have working for them. All in all the entire staff was very friendly. No complaints at all.

Way too expensive cost for breakfast. Outlet in Room 619 bathroom did not appear to work for hair dryer. Counter space in the room had a container of chewing tobacco on it when I arrived. I turned it into the front desk

Checkin took 21 minutes from the time I arrived in hotel lobby to when I was checked in and had room key in my hand. Front desk clerk was not particularly friendly. He did not mention that he placed us in a handicapped room. Absolutely no bathroom counter space. Bathroom fixtures had rust and wall patching was very unprofessional looking. The lounge noise was horrible.

Cleanliness, up to date, beautiful. My husband and I enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool! Breakfast is not complementary but everything is under $5 on the menu. The bar drinks are pricey. I paid $14 for a small (not strong) Bloody Mary. It’s not on the menu, but the bartender was nice enough to make it for me but he up the price on it!

There were no trash cans around. When we would buy food from the lobby we didn’t know where to throw our trash away. Not a total deal breaker. The place was beautiful.

The manager and the staff here were fantastic because of booking.com we had a talk with management because we had quite a problem not having a room that was promised us with your ad! Why would you do such a thing? And the rate was cheaper than yours what’s that all about! You people are a rip off!

Everything was great. Perfect for our weekend getaway for our sons baseball tournament. The kids absolutely enjoyed the pool and complimentary snacks. Super comfortable beds . Very clean!! Will definitely book here again. Thanks for making our stay an awesome staycation. We truly appreciate it!!

No bathroom exhaust fan when showering

the location was great for us. the comfy bed and cleanliness of the room was good. staff was super nice and welcoming.

we were the last room at the end of the hall on floor 7, smell like mildew outside out door. the order the wall and left a mess as you walk by it.
