Hilton Garden Inn Flagstaff

Even though our check-in was a little rough, at no fault of the staff, everyone was understanding thoughtful and gave great directions for our bank. Next time, I carry my credit card and not leave them home.

Flagstaff in itself is a horribly laid out and planned city. Handicapped parking downtown is non-existent, and accessible eateries or shopping barely exists. Traffic is overwhelming, and drivers are extremely short tempered.

Great location close to shopping & restaurants. Staff was nice & very helpful. Breakfast was excellent it was buffet style and had a-lot to choose from (Eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast, waffles, & fresh fruit) Room was very clean & the bed & pillows were comfy. Will definitely book another stay when we come back.

Hotel was new and well appointed. The room was pristine, everything in it looked modern and brand new, the bed comfortable, the bathroom beautiful and had a walk-in shower! Everything worked perfectly. I got a free breakfast which was buffet style but the food was better than any buffet style I have ever had. The staff was friendly and helpful. When I booked, I included the breakfast with my booking. The first morning we were on the pre-paid list. The next day we were not on the list and went elsewhere. For the price of $13.95, the breakfast was not worth it. I understand covid compliance of having a server get your food but getting it off the buffet wasn’t good. Went to Coco’s and paid less for more.

Friendly welcome (even though booking.com had switched my first and surname!). Bed very comfortable and the breakfast, and service, excellent. Best in our stay in the USA.

Nothing, it was a bit further out than I imagined. And walking anywhere was tricky with the snow!

Check in was very easy. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The windows open (pretty rare)! Plenty of parking. Walking distance to convenience stores and restaurants.

The entryway smells like cigarette smoke.

decoration was so beautiful,rooms very clean and hotel vibe was amazing,employees look happy,dogs everywhere,kids playing,we felt to welcome,people we meet at elevator so kind,such a great place yo stay.

What a relaxing stay :) Couldn’t have wished for more... The room was very spacious, immaculately clean, the bed super comfortable and the “rain” shower was amazing! The staff is so friendly and accommodating (thank you Sarah!!). After a full weekend of exploring this was such a treat to stay at. Also, there is much thought put into being contactless, even to the coffee serving in the lobby. I travel solo and felt safe in this area of town. Definitely will stay here again!!

The staff was very welcoming. The room felt very clean and cozy. The placement is a great distance from NAU and downtown. I like the pillows too.

There wasn't really anything that I didn't like. Exceptional service, cozy rooms, and friendly staff. The check out time was reasonable too.
