This hotel was very clean and well maintained, our room was clean beds were comfortable. The swimming pool and hot tub were well maintained and clean, we enjoyed them. The breakfast was ok, not a lot of variety but what was provided was very good. The location was quiet and close to shopping and a few restaurants. Over all a good stay.

What we did not like was this hotel does not have an elevator. My wife has a physical disability and cannot go up stairs. We were originally assigned a room on the 2nd floor but when I explained our situation to the young man behind the desk he quickly gave us a room on the first floor. People need to be aware of this when booking, nowhere in the description does it mention this. Other than this it was a good enjoyable stay for us.

Very nice, newer hotel on Arizona Route 69, but back away from the road enough that road noise doesn’t make it to the rooms. Views of the nearby mountains in the Prescott National Forest are beautiful, especially when late Summer monsoon thunderstorms roll through. Nice indoor pool and hot tub, too.

Price on the Labor Day weekend jumped more than double, but a weekday Priceline/Booking.com reservation is a great price, and doesn’t get charged to your card until you check in.

The staff was outstanding. Everyone, and I mean everyone that worked there, the Night Desk Guy, the breakfast staff, housekeeping, and the laundry room staff, were personable, professional, helpful, and gave the impression of a great place to work.

The late checkout I requested was granted. I was given an extra hour. We checked in around 11 pm. I've experienced a late check out to be late as 3 pm. I can't imagine anybody wanting to rushed out of a $200 room.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out. The lady that manages the breakfast area deserves a raise! She kept the area spotlessly clean. She was also friendly and welcoming and made sure that I had whatever I might need for breakfast-to-go. It was a pleasant surprise to enter a pre-cooled room. I was thankful to not encounter any stale air or weird smells. The room receives top marks for being clean and tidy. It was nice, for once, to not have to pull the bed covers all the way down to inspect what might be lurking that might make me decide to sleep in my clothes. I slept comfortably and soundly because the property was quiet by 9pm. I liked the modern touches in the room, had a boutique feel. Travelling solo can be a bit worrying. However, I felt safe at this property. The building, hallways, stair wells, and exterior (especially the parking lots) are brightly lit. Thank you for having me. See you soon!

The breakfast was terrific, but only so because of Traci, the amazing breakfast lady who greeted us so cheerfully each morning and attended to our every need. As we told her, her presence at breakfast in the morning was incredibly important to the beginning of our days…she contributes to the life of each person she interacts with throughout the day…absolutely the best thing this property has going for it and the number one reason to return and to recommend it to our family and friends!

The staff was all wonderful and appropriately friendly except for Bill. Be aware…Bill likes to touch women and rub their neck and shoulders. When he stopped by to chat at breakfast the first morning, never having met him, he reached out and patted my shoulder, then proceeded to rub my back…I thought it interesting that he didn’t do that to my husband who was sitting right there across the table from me. He repeated the same behavior the next morning…not sure who Bill thinks he is, doing things like that especially in this day and age, including with the COVID virus around, but I found it creepy and inappropriate in the extreme!

The room was great for average guests, but with a wheelchair, it was tight corners and small bathroom and very narrow getting to the beds. The room was clean and very pleasant. Quiet. Beds were very firm, tv was good picture. Second day maid forgot coffee! The desk rep was very accommodating! Over all if no wheelchair, it was a very nice stay!

Slightly bigger bathroom and more space between wall and beds. There was enough room to spread the beds apart more so it would have easier wheelchair access. The small high thresholds into the bathroom made it a little difficult to roll over. Otherwise very nice

Room was very spacious. Had a fridge, and microwave. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. The check in was super quick and easy, and all employees encountered were friendly and attentive. The lady working in the dining area during breakfast buffet was super friendly and helpful, and kept everything stocked and fresh. Will be back for sure

“Kudos” to Debbie at the front desk! She is amazing and truly an asset to your company. The best personality ever! When it’s time to give out any bonuses or a raise, please make sure she gets one. Last but not least, Tiffany, was at the front desk when I checked out. She too, is an asset to the company! It’s always nice to see a pleasant smile bright and early in the morning. Great job ladies!

It was such a short stay, there was absolutely nothing that I didn’t like.

The indoor pool & jacuzzi were nice. The breakfast was terrific. It had a good selection of foods to fit most dietary needs. The staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful.

The strong scent in the room, but especially in the hall & lobby, was bothersome. My husband and I are very sensitive to smells so the odors were overwhelming at times. Same with the complementary toiletries. Too strong.
