Clean and cozy hotel Location ok but without a car and far from places of general interest. Breakfast very complete.

I made a reservation for a room with 1 king bed and when I arrived there was none and they offered me 2 queen beds but it was not our preference and the reason for choosing the hotel was solely for that detail. Air conditioning does not distribute the temperature well in the room.

the breakfast area had coffee and fresh juice, and eggs. This was the healthy choices.

There was no little boxes of cereal or milk at all. There was oatmeal, but no milk to use. I realize that many people are not interested in healthy choices, but many of us are. Waffles and syrup, biscuits and gravy are not a healthy breakfast, probably why we have an obesity problem, in our country.. , Eggs, oatmeal, bagels, and juice are. i noticed some of the guests after they had eaten breakfast, were taking food out of the dining area. I would have a sign up, that says, Please be considerate of our guests! we serve breakfast so please do not take food out of dining area. It is rude for people to do that. .

They were so polite when I checked in and checked out. The cleaning staff was very friendly and helped me get in my room when my room key didn't work.

Nothing bad to say. Except I couldn't figure out how to get shower on .I asked a fellow hotel guest which I knew cause he there for work .

I was worried about the hotel bc it was so cheap and affordable but the rooms were large and clean! The staff so friendly and helpful! The nighttime front desk worker answered all our questions about the area and the day time front desk worker, rebecca, was exceptional! Because of the storm hitting we ended our vacation early and Rebecca allowed us to do that without losing out on the money for the last 2 nights!! Very impressed & loved the area!

Room was very clean and the AC worked like a champ. Front desk folks were very nice and the free breakfast was a pleasant bonus. Ample parking as well.

Only negative I could even mention was the small bed pillows. Granted there were five of them... but I would much rather have a couple of larger pillows for sleeping.

The breakfast had several options for the kids and adults and the staff were super friendly.

They didn't have water available during breakfast hours to refill our water bottles, but the staff did offer us bottled water when we asked about it.

Breakfast was good, we loved the scrambled eggs and biscuits. . It would be so nice if the small cereal boxes were offered . Also that milk was offered. Oatmeal was offered but no milk to go with it. I realize some people will always abuse the breakfast food, by taking more than they need. Having been in customer service, I would put a sign. "Please be considerate and take what you need, but please don't remove food from hotel."

I would just like to see milk offered and more cereal selection.

Clean, close to the door, great restaurants close by, & quiet.

The soap dispenser fell off the wall. And the cable TV was terrible. The only channels available were either religious or news. There was one beach channel.

Rebecca was a great manager!! We had had an issue with our credit card the day before and she handled it when I called like the pro that she is!! We fixed the issue and she even upgraded us to a suite because of the issue. Not a better manager than her for sure!! We will be back to see her soon!

The hot tub was broken and waiting on a part to come in to fix it. Not really anything that wasn't to like . Just a little bummed about the hot tub

The location is great also The breakfast had a nice variety and was fresh. The environment was clean and quiet just the way I like it Overall no complaints

Really no complaints just a little bit more dusting and wiping of furniture and doors in the rooms it wasn't too bad believe me I have visited some nightmares for rooms and service but then it may be me because I can he very Nik picking when It comes to cleaning . Overall they get a thumbs up
