Sleep Inn & Suites Jasper I-22

We were in a handicap accessible room (not by choice) and it was very roomy compared to most rooms we've been in at other hotels for similar pricing. The breakfast was VERY nice and included HOT foods.

I wish you had a fountain soda machine! This seems like an investment that wouldn't cost a ton, but would be very convenient for travelers that are not coffee, juice, water people but also don't like soda vending machines because fountain drinks taste much better. There was not a close by place to purchase a fountain drink during the hours we were there.

The beds were so comfy. The pool was amazing. We had a great time while staying there.

No drinks in the pool area. The sign was super tiny and the staff had got on to us. As we were trying to finish our drinks. So she stood there and watched us either finish or told us to throw them away. She could have been a little nicer about it since none of us seen the sign about the drinks. They were all in plastic containers, no glass is the normal but no drinks at all and zero tolerance policy as I could see from the way she reacted.

everything was great except that we were asking booking.com for a king suite that was pet friendly and they had to down grade our room because what booking.com gave us was not for pets. Our room had to be downgraded and then the manager told me that the rooms are always more expensive through bookings.com and she had no way to refund our money from the downgrade. The card on file was not valid (bookings card). very disappointed and will not use your services again.

Like the room n the beds so comfy the air worked good good bkfast very clean building

The only things that I didn't like is that their was no ventilation in the indoor pool it was super hot suffocating hot 🥵 n that the parking lot was always full n couldn't see ur car from the room

This was perfect to be able to jump off the road and get a good night's sleep before continuing my move cross country. Breakfast was good, offering lots of alternatives. Also the staff provided a place to park my moving truck and trailer. So appreciated!

Parking lot is not huge so if you need a large space be sure and check with them first.

I called and spoke to someone who called the property before we came and they told me the pool was open but when we got there it was closed! My kids were very upset because that’s why we chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool and yet it was closed.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They give you good choices on breakfast even though we are in a pandemic they were able to accommodate people with breakfast. Building was very clean. We will be returning.

We only had 3 issues the whole week we stayed , 1. People were.allowed to smoke in entrance way 2. Beds were kinda hard. 3. The phones ringer in our room did not work and we missed 2 wake up calls. Other than those 3 issues we loved our stay and will be returning.

Breakfast was great-bacon,eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy plus all the other usual things. It was a very nice hotel and very clean. My only complaint is it was a bit pricey and you had to schedule a time to go to the pool, so we only got it for 1 hour and the pool is pretty small. Overall a great experience.

Small pool and the bed was a little too hard/uncomfortable. Loved the pillows though!

it’s like there was a flood or something. three levels had tarp splitting hall in two opus giant fans blowing. also, pool wasn’t up and running

Easy access right off the interstate. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Several fast food choices close by. I loved that it was dog friendly.
