Ate at the Big Bad Breakfast downstairs. Cost not included. Excellent fresh food and coffee. Secure, modern, clean. Instructions for operating things were correct. Everything worked. Bed was comfy and temperature controllable. The bathroom had ample countertop for our toiletries without risk of them getting wet.

Small window overlooking roof and ac units next door, so you don’t lay in bed looking at the view. Bedside lights were on a wall switch that you had to get out of bed to turn off. I don’t recall any handy USB ports. The arrangement for luggage could be better. We don’t unpack so handy, well lit, waist high countertops with room for shoes underneath are correct for us.

Excellent location and conveniently located within walking distance of all the local amenities. Loved Big Bad Breakfast and The Boiler Room (with Bowling Alley and music) that were located within the hotel. I loved the old world eclectic feel and the decor. The historic exposed brick and original hardwood flooring was beautiful. Will definitely return in the future!

The mattress was not as comfortable as we had hoped. It was high in the center and broken in on either side so we had the tendency to roll away from the center. We also had a little difficulty getting the room as cool as we would have liked but neither of these would be considered a deal breaker. I found myself missing a lamp on the nightstand that could conveniently be turned off without having to get out of bed. Minor issue as the light fixtures that are in place are aesthetically beautiful!

This hotel is amazing! A hidden gem! We loved the architecture and atmosphere. Old brick and concrete walls, exposed pipes, tall ceilings, wood floors. Location can not be any better!! We stayed on the 3rd floor facing Trowbridge's. 2 huge windows overlooking the city. The room was large with a generous size bathroom. There is a small safe, mini fridge and Keurig. The bed was super comfortable!! Like really super comfortable, pillows too! I loved the keyless option for room and hall entry. We didn't get to visit the downstairs Boiler Room and can't wait to try it next visit!!We will definitely be back!!!!!

Nothing really negative at all. Read instructions for how to use the shower, ha, ha. I didn't notice it at first. Seriously, READ it! Also, they only have a small piece of soap for both sink and bath(although they do give you a small bottle of bodywash/shampoo- too small for 2 people). Would have loved 4 Keurig pods instead of 2 but it wasn't a big deal.

I loved that feel of the room and the ease of getting there from the lobby.

The morning of check out housekeeping came to the door, knocked, and didn't wait long enough for us to come to the door before scanning into the room. Thankfully, we had the top door lock engaged. This was at 9:45 am. She claimed our room keys were in the checkout box, but they were both with my husband and I in the room.

Beautiful decor, excellent location, historic feel and lovely staff!

Some issues with the WiFi which the staff worked hard to resolve. Because the building is remodeled and repurposed from an old industrial space, the arrangement of the rooms was a little awkward in terms of location of light switches, plugs, etc….There was no desk or work table in the room.

The property was unique. I liked the history of the building that was chronicled on the wall. The property was also conveniently located to the downtown activities.

The rooms were small and our particular room had a poor view from the window.

I love the building itself. It was SO beautiful and classic. I love that you can take the elevator from your room all the way down to the boiler room. So convenient. The room was perfect, the bed was soft, the space was just enough.

The ONLY tiny complaint I have is the shower. The water pressure was non existent.

Staff was superior! Haleigh went above and beyond to be helpful. Housekeeping, also, was very friendly!

Parking. I was able to get reasonable parking, but it took several trips around the hotel to make it work.

Great location with lots to do nearby. The room was beautiful & clean with plenty of space.

The noise from other rooms and especially the floor above was terrible. At one point it sounded like they were playing football on pogo sticks.

Loved everything about this property…location, atmosphere, cleanliness and basement bowling alley/bar restaurant! Can walk to all of the great little restaurants and shops in downtown Florence as well as being only a couple of blocks from UNA campus. I didn’t use our vehicle the entire time there.

The only downside to this property is that the fitness center is a couple of blocks away.
