Hampton Inn - Atmore

The breakfast selection was really good. There was only one day that turkey sausage wasn't offered. For those who don't eat pork, it was a disappointment I also appreciated the availability of coffee throughout the day. The bed was very comfortable. It was great having a frig, microwave, and iron in the rm.

Everyday when I returned to my room, my keys didn't work. I had to go the the front desk, loaded with bags and gear for the day, to get it reactivated, and I was on the 4th floor. I was never given a good reason as to why this kept happening, and I can't believe that every guest staying there had this problem everyday. Didn't like that the room's coffee pot and ice bucket were in the bathroom.

Property was great. The male at the front desk when we checked in could have been a little more welcoming. I had to make him speak. I went further to ask him how his day was just to get him to say something. Maybe he was tired or had a long day but that shouldn’t be taken out on the patrons. When you are dealing with people face to face, at least GREET them when they come in. If you don’t want to engage in any small talk then that’s fine but at least GREET them as they approach the desk.

convenient to Hwy for travel. Nice breakfast presented with a good selection. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked.

Reception desk had two reps. The two could not have been different. One presented herself professionally, however the white girl with tattoos was curt and hated her job. She never greeted us or interacted at any time during check-in; she was miserable leaning on her elbow muttering responses. I would have fired her on the spot if she was my employee.

The atmosphere, cleanliness,safe environment, home away from home.

Maybe I was unsure about the breakfast time ending went down at 930-945 ish and they were already cleaning. I got something to eat but I was wondering did I misinderstand the time it ended. Several older people came down as well.

Very good quality in features. Very close to things we journeyed to see.

Our room was not convenient to dining area or snacks and ice vending. Pets were allowed, which we were not aware. Some rooms should have been designated non-pets.

I didn't attend the breakfast I was so tired from the concert. I like the convience of being by a variety of thing and close to the interstate.

Floors was slippery wiped them down and still fell.

The maid service was excellent the front desk staff was very very knowledgeable and they just made you feel at home for a minute you walk in the door to the minute you left I would recommend this motel anytime

The covering on the bed On the bed was a little bit scratchy so I went to Walmart and bought me two blankets and then slept like a baby

The office chair was broken , it had been for a while , was scuffs on the wall , paint was off the wall in a large area and large dents in the wall . Also didn't get my $25.00 DAMAGE DEPOSIT back and the room was as clean when we left as when we got there.

The beds were very comfortable the food was great wish that we could purchase the comforter I asked one of the maids she didn't know

The 2 ladies that were putting food out African American said as we were coming in that they weren't putting anymore food out apparently the man before us was going back for seconds and his plate was full thats no way to treat guest let alone let a guest hear that the tables had to be wiped off to sit down I had to ask could someone do it they were in the back then in our room I dropped something on floor and under the bed was dirty a plastic cup dirty napkins other than that our stay was good we would definitely stay again

Best breakfast ever will come back for that. So much to choose from, staff was so friendly, and the setup was beautiful and clean. Food was fresh and plenty.

Overall look off walls and the doors to the room were very bad, there was holes in the wall, you can see the calking for quick fixing. down stairs is amazing but the hallways and doors to the rooms were badly damaged. Wish it looked like the the downstairs and lobby area.
