Days Inn by Wyndham Sevenoaks Clacket Lane

Liam was the receptionist when we arrived and he was amazing! We arrived around 23.45, after a stressful day, and his demeanour and reception were so warm and inviting. He informed us about where we could get food and drink, and he helped my partner by carrying her suitcase up the stairs to our room. The room was clean and tidy, and I would definitely stay here again. Massive thanks to Liam again for all his help. Best customer service I've received in a very long time!

Couldn't quite get the air con to work and our room view was a tree, but there wasn't much to see anyway.

Very friendly staff on reception. The room was clean and the hotel was very quiet, considering the location. I couldn't hear the traffic at all. Bed was a it soft for me and my dodgy back but comfortable. Tea making facilities. Plenty of hot water. Plenty of parking. Warm on a cold day.

Doesnt bother me much but the communal stairs could do with some attention. Very worn and a bit stained. I know the hotel has been there a long time but a bit of updating might be due. However still good value for money and had everything I needed.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful the room was clean pleasant stay.

The only two minor complaints was about 10.30 pm trying to sleep a noise from upstairs like people moving furniture around. The second which is probably out of your control was the food outlets closing early we were going to have a takeaway from the noodle bar who said they were closing at 7pm when my son went to order at 6.35 they had closed up early so it was MacDonald's not good for an evening meal.

Only stayed here for the night to cut down what would have been a long drive so wasn't really fussed what it had so long as the bed was comfortable. It did turn out to be much more pleasant than I believed it would be, with the room being much more spacious and clean that visualised. Although there were no options for breakfast in the morning, there was plenty of choice in the service station. Also, despite the hotel being just off the M25, the room was surprisingly really quiet, so much so that you could easily forget you were right next to one of the most busiest motorways in the country.

The Wi-Fi didn't have the best strength in the room we stayed in which resulted in us having to use the data on our phones. Also, after I went to make a cup of tea and noticed that the kettle hadn't boiled, we realised that the plug socket did not work at all which made it difficult when trying to charge up our phones and iPads as this meant that we only had three working plug sockets in the whole room, with one of them being used for the TV.

Really freindly staff, easy check in and room better than expected for the price, a great, very clean and comfortable room.

The carpeted stairs and hallway were like a run down social clubs where people had stubbed cigarettes into it. Once you left the reception area this was what you were greeted with. I wasn't expecting much from the room after this but fortunately it was only this part of the Inn Days Inn would be better with tiled/hard wood floors easier to keep clean and better represent the rest of the Inns look.

Staff very welcoming. Good size room. Beds very comfy! Tea and coffee facilities - fancy coffee machine was a nice surprise. Room temperature good - often too hot. Liked the shampoo/body wash - my hair feels lovely.

Shampoo/body wash bottle was hanging off the wall. Could have done with a couple more coffee pods - only 2 provided. Skirting under desk where TV was needed a wipe over - had what looked like splashes of tea etc on it, otherwise generally nice and clean.

When booking the hotel I didn't expect much, arriving at the reception, I thought I was right. HOWEVER, when we got to our room, we were actually very positively supprised. The room was very spacious, comfortable, very clean and well equipped! The stuff was super welcoming and accommodating. Big choice of meals to choose just next to the hotel. A great value for money, we will definitely visiting Days Inn by Wyndham in the future!

Clean, bright and convenient to use the service station food outlets.

Awful signage to find the building from the east bound services, some signs are missing, you have to go through a no entry sign but you are not told to do so. Didn't realize there was no eating facilities in the inn, it relies on you going to the services 50m away, ie macdonald's, Leon and Costa open in the evening.

Very comfortable bed and spacious room. Great price. Coffee machine with capsules. Good bath. Great receptionist. Slept really well all night, as it was very peaceful.

Air smelt a bit fuggy. No aircon, but the fan worked well. Poor breakfast facilities at Costa on the particular day I travelled. McDonalds only available late in the evening.

The lady on the reception desk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable which gave us a lovely nights sleep. The tea and coffee facilities were good. The man on the reception desk on our departure was very helpful.

In the room, only one light bulb worked but my husband went to the reception and asked for light bulbs and the problem was resolved.
