We arrived a little earlier than check-in and the manager (who was very busy when we arrived) kindly allowed us to check-in as the room was already prepared. The room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. Both the dinner on the day we arrived and the breakfast the next morning were delicious. We would like to compliment all of the staff who dealt with us as they were all helpful, patient and friendly.

We wish it was closer to the town centre as it would be tricky to access it without long waiting times for public transport. However, It's a 15 minute drive from the town centre (Stratford-upon-Avon) so it's easy to access once you're driving.

Car parking was good. Breakfast was very good with a good choice, room 5 was large, Dinners were also very good. Staff were very good. mains wall sockets also have USB sockets included.

Bed was a little hard, a memory foam topper would improve it considerably. Room 5 was facing the main road and sunday evenings was a liitle noisey. Lack of clothes hangers and only a rail not a cupboard. For august the weather was cold and the room also, however there was a heater provided. you have to dry your hair at the desk, not really bright enough to see.

Breakfast was included and made to order - superb! We didn't dine there for dinner, but as we'd had dinner on the way to the Inn, we treated ourselves to pudding on arrival, and again, superbly prepared and served. Alex was our server and she accommodated all our requirements. Orshy, the Manager, was wonderful too in making us feel very welcome.

The bed was too firm for our liking, but that was a personal preference. We loved the room - lovely big fully tiled shower and bathroom, and our tall 14yo son had a double sofa bed which he said was very comfortable.

The Kings Head is a lovely place to stay, in a beautiful village surroundings. It has a pub and restaurant as well as the B&B rooms, so everything you need on site. The staff were exceptional, with special mentions to Thelma and Heidi who were the unseen staff who did sterling jobs of cleaning our room and the property.

Our room was a little on the small size for a four day stay, but was still comfortable and relaxing. We were on the rear of the property so was a very quiet room.

The room was ideal and very clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. The staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was lovely.

The television wasn't working at all. The hotel had reported it as all televisions weren't working across all the rooms. We were advised it was because there was no power?? and they were fixing it that evening but it didn't work throughout our stay which was only one night. However, this didn't spoil our stay. The room was extremely comfortable but struggled to sleep because its was too hot. However, we would stay again.

The room was comfortable and the bathroom spacious and newly renovated. The bed was a Hypos bed, which I accidently found out as I pulled back the sheet and mattress protector when trying to get into bed. Slept like a dream. Breakfast was excellent. Check in very smooth, parking on site. Great to be able to have dinner literally downstairs with a nice bar area to sit in too.

Very happy with our stay. Good value for money. And ideal location.

Very clean room with comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. We had one of the back rooms which overlooked a lovely little church (and part of the beer garden but it wasnt to noisy. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

No cereals etc to help yourself to at breakfast and the cooked breakfast took about 15 - 20 minutes to arrive, which seems longer when you're not having cereals, but it is cooked from scratch and was delicious. Also, although this is nothing to do with the Innkeepers Lodge, there is a bus service to Stratford-on-Avon (which is an ideal way to get to the town as its always very busy) that stops outside but buses are infrequent especially at the weekend.

The front of house staff (possibly the manager or owner) was the most helpful and made us feel really welcome. We arrived early just making sure we had the right location but was offered an early check in which was really nice. The room was clean and though we didn’t have breakfast the options sounded really good. The bathroom also was really well designed and quite spacious. Great location, would really recommend it.

This is just a personal preference but we would have preferred Wi-Fi access without providing an email address, but we couldn’t fault the Inn at all, the staff, location and room was all great and we’d stay again if in the area.

Well situated for where we needed to be,very friendly staff, nice size room ,lovely bathroom.Lots of parking a did not hear noise from pub or restaurant, very quite.Pleanty of entry's to property, did not use dinning facilities, but did look very nice areas.

The very hard bed like sleeping on wood making a uncomfortable night, toilet flush was weak ,two flushes needed.Door to room 7 need force to open.

We managed to find free on-street parking directly behind the pub as our van wouldn't fit under the 2.2m height barrier to the main car park. Our room certainly had character (the sloping floor made us laugh) and it was clean and cosy with a great shower. We enjoyed a tasty evening meal with great hand pulled beer. Breakfast service and food was really good.

Check-in could have been a bit better as the lady was constantly distracted by others during the process. Attention to detail lacking in our room.... the sink was cracked, the toilet seat not the right shape for the bowl, hairdryer cable not really long enough to use comfortably in front of a mirror.
