Breakfast was excellent, and we enjoyed our window table with a view of the estuary. It was good to be served, and to have freshly cooked egg and bacon, rather than the cold and greasy objects that sometimes stare balefully at you from a breakfast buffet. The staff were all friendly and communicative, and we appreciated them all - especially the kind lady who went back to collect my walking stick, whic I had left in our bedroonm.
The shower pressure was a bit disappointing - perhaps a lot of guests were all trying to have showers at the same time.

staff were efficient kind and friendly. location is perfect we stayed to visit a Festival in Port Isaac and it was wonderful to return to this Hotel. warm welcoming modern and wonderful breakfast
It would benefit from a lift or even stairlift. noticed a lot of elderly guests struggling even 4 sets of steps up from Car Park !!! then 4 flights to second floor. I know they will help with luggage but just coming and going empty handed was areal struggle for elderly guests.

It would have been nice to have a wider fruit selection with strawberries, raspberries and grapes for breakfast. My wife is on the cusp of being diabetic so could not eat melon.

Outstanding hotel. Everything is truly superb. The tasteful decor and wonderfully attentive staff make this place top class. The food is fabulous. The gardens are stunning. We loved it.

Lovely location with very friendly and helpful staff. Room was smaller than anticipated and we would definitely upgrade to a larger room if staying again. Enjoyable stay.
