The location was fab. Checking in was great as they sent us a mini video on what we needed to do. Size of room was good, fan in the room and Netflix on the TV which were both nice little touches. Felt v safe as had 2 doors that required a fob as well as your key for your room.

Only things were the beds were 2 single ones and we booked a Kings size bedroom which was also supposed to be a bigger room. Also the bathroom was v v small, couldn't turn around much without feeling a bit squashed and the sink was v small however both issues not a big thing and didn't affect our stay.

Beautiful aparthotel. Check in was smooth and easy, I arrived late so had a check in video from the owner which was really helpful, I picked the keys up from the shop downstairs. Nicely decorated and big and bright room with everything you'd need for a little break. Close enough to town and handy having use of the kitchen.

The mattress was slightly too soft but was ok, the shower was difficult to get the right temperature and I think the drain must be slightly blocked because the shower tray filled up and was very slow to empty during the shower.

Room was clean and very spacious, Iron and Ironing board provided, and netflix already on the TV which was a nice touch. Kitchen Although not in the room was well stocked with daily necessities. Nice welcome pack provided gave good recomendations for local pubs etc. Pub over the Road The Adelphi is great. Location easy walk to town centre and plenty of free street parking if you can find it, if not car park nearby for £4.00 for 24hrs. Worth the price

very close to everything I needed to be near… actually quite secure…a bit hidden, but a true gem.

NOT the locations fault!!!! Street side room can be a little noise-y ( it’s a route to the hospital) and there is a bar across the street ( a very cool place) but if there is a soccer (futball) match on…..if you are from a city.. it’s no worse than daily stuff…

So once you find it, its not what you expect, The lass that met me was nice and explained what I needed to know. The room was small but I was on my own so it didn't matter but it was very modern. The bed was comfy the onsuite was functional. There was an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer for those of you with hair. Also you had access to Netflix in the room which was nice. I would definatley stay there again.

Ok so I didnt like the fact that if you didn't close the curtains it wasn't very private. I didn't like not knowing how to get into the accomodation, and had to ask at the shop next door. I think the price maybe a little steep.

This is a brilliant little accommodation situated about 5 minute walk from Preston centre and about a 2 minute drive. The rooms are really clean….yep clean not just tidy! with a modern feel. the beds are externality comfortable with good quality duvets and pillows. The rooms have radiators that you can control yourself so the rooms temperature is always to your liking. The double showers are excellent and again extremely clean. Towels and toiletries are provided with the added touches of bottle water which is much appreciated after a night in the town. The staff are really friendly and externally helpful, communication was brilliant over all brilliant service all around. TIP… if you are looking for a car park there is a 24 hour car parking back down the main road if you was heading to the centre if you locate Tesco express as if you head towards the centre turn left directly across from it and follow the road around this will take you to Trinity car Park. The Parking fee is £6 for 24 hours and it’s about a two minute walk back to the hotel from this car park. you can pay cash or via the parking app which can be downloaded from the App Store on ISO or android devices

The front of this property doesn’t do it justice and to some extent I feel as though it lets it down a little. some simple signage out front would give the building a more permanent feel in the area, and help with locating if you’re not from the area.

The bed was wonderfully comfortable and the shower great. Didn't expect free coffee and cereals so that was a bonus too. Would recommend and go there again

The instructions how to get in were a bit hit and miss. A very jerky video which was difficult to decipher. Would have been better in an email. The outside approach smelled strongly of cat urine but the inside was clean

Beds was extremely comfy, everything was clean. Could watch Netflix on the tv. Was easy to check in.

On the second night there was some extremely noisy people either in the room next to us or upstairs but they was banging and shouting most of the night. This isn’t the hotels fault but because there isn’t any staff I feel people can do what they want.

Brilliant location for the UCLan campus which was my main concern. Handy little shared kitchen with coffee, tea, cereal, cutlery. Bed was comfy with little noise from outside despite central location, & the little bathroom was modern, with a good shower. Wifi was free & reliable, and Netflix was available on the room's TV.

Some elements of my room's layout were a little unusual, with about half the floorspace left empty, which made the room feel rather cavernous. Some furnishings like bedside lights & cushions were fairly basic quality which did detract a little from the room as a whole. (Apologise if this seems like nitpicking - I'm sure many people wouldn't be bothered by these things.)

Lovely room in a modern style. Fab bathroom facilities, again modern. secure and safe. Quiet. Bed very comfortable. Great to have use of a communal kitchen.

Other guests did not wash up after themselves in communal kitchen. Could be more attention to detail on cleaning - main things clean but some areas missed. Could do with a chair and desk/dressing table in room
