There are many benefits of Bed and Breakfast Accommodation. The owner, Sharon, was welcoming and extremely helpful. Sharon could provide information regarding eateries, our drives and tourist activities. Much being only info. known to the locals. Sharon wasn't intrusive and provided this when asked or during general conversations having breakfast. The opportunity to chat with other guests who reside in England but staying at this Bed & Breakfast was one of the benefits of a Bed & Breakfast. The breakfast was the perfect way to start the day and we tried all options over our several days here. Ate everything on our plates which says it all really! We had a hire car and there was parking in the street for it. Our room had doors opening to a small balcony, overlooked the bay. So pleasant to sit and have a drink. The Accommodation is on a hill, but as Sharon says, as a Cornwall local - "This isn't a hill." It's the most pleasant walk from here into town and we enjoyed it daily.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at Seaview. The guest house itself is lovely and cosy, and was always really clean. I payed extra for a balcony room, and I'm so pleased I did as we had the beautiful view of the sea from our room. The guest house is in a nice quiet area, and within walking distance to Looe Town centre. There is also free parking on the street outside the guest house which was huge plus for us. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, our room clean, and Sharon the owner was so friendly and always willing to help us with whatever we needed. I would highly recommend Seaview and would happily stay again.

Room was lovely, very clean and pleasantly decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows too. It was a little cold at times as the heating wasn't always on (we went in March) but an electric radiator solved that. Breakfast was excellent and eaten with a lovely sea view.

Only thing I would say as I have said with so many other reviews of places we have stayed, there was nowhere to put our toiletries in the bathroom. A small free standing shelf or shelves would have solved that maybe between the sink and the shower. Other than that we couldn't fault the accommodation.

We stayed at Sea view for 3nights, we were very impressed with the cheerful approach Sharon and staff gave us. Her Breakfast was Superior, than any we have had in the past , 10 out of 10. No skimping on size , Full English breakfast full plate, cooked to perfection 👌 We wanted a double bed but all those rooms were taken, no problem , they put the two together, we had a comfy massive bed 😌

For us nothing could be better, “ as good as it looks.”

Such a lovely house and location. Breakfast was lovely...Sharon and her staff were very welcoming Highly recommended. Very clean ..perfect for our stay.

Parking was ok. But we went when school was out. You just have to realise that this is Cornwall and you are not always going to get big car parks in these seaside towns.

Sharon gave us a very friendly welcome, explained that she now has to follow a slightly different approach due to Covid. We were shown to our fabulous balcony room with views out to sea. The room was well presented, equipped and clean. The location was perfect for our holiday, situated just on the outskirts from the main busy Port. There is a beautiful 10 - 15 min walk into the port, obviously depending on your mobility this might be a struggle, however a taxi ride is literally 5min. The location is also fantastic to join the costal path to Talland Bay, onto Polperro and beyond.

Nothing to mention

Breakfast was excellent, everything cooked fresh, good selection of cereals, fruit and yoghurts. Room was spotless, really comfortable bed, views were fantastic from the balcony.

Cannot find fault with anything regarding our stay at Seaview.

Location was ideal, short walk to Looe , very quiet and scenic. Sharon the owner was very hospitable and helpful, nothing was too much trouble . The lady who helped at breakfast was also very helpful ( didn’t get her name) Beds were very comfortable and clean as was everything else in the room Everything was perfect and we had a most enjoyable weekend break.

There was nothing we didn’t like

Location good and within walking distance of town centre. Room had wonderful seaview with balcony. Fabulous breakfasts delivered to the room. Lovely, friendly staff. We were well looked after.

Room a little small but had everything we needed. Plenty of storage space. Due to covid restrictions there was no room servicing but fresh towels provided on request. This will no doubt change once all restrictions lifted. it did not spoil our holiday.

Sharon the owner was friendly made us feel welcomed , the property was spotless clean and views amazing , went out of her way to cater for my husbands breakfast as he has celiac desease cannot tolerate wheat or gluten . The property situated on a slight slope but a 3 minute walk and you are on the level for amazing walks into Looe town , we will be back .
