Breakfast was very nice with nothing too much trouble. We were leaving early on the last day so Sandy provided packed lunches as we were missing breakfast. Problem with one of the tvs which Sandy promptly fixed. Bedrooms were not top of the range but were comfortable and clean as were the en-suite facilities. Location is at one end of Llandudno just a one minute walk to the shops, bars etc and a 5 minute walk to the sea front. Train for the Great Orm is literally half a minute walk from the hotel. At £60 per night per room I felt the hotel was ideal for my stay. It had what I required and was easily accessible for all Llandudno's main attractions.

If you were an elderly or disabled person it would not suit you. The hotel is on a hill and unfortunately it also does not have lifts inside. There are stairs to upper and the basement floors and also to get to the dining area for breakfast.

I was very satisfied with the stay. Sandie who runs the place was worried that a single room would be too small for me as I was staying for 6 days. She gave me a double room and said the WiFi in my room did not have a strong signal. I didnt book the room solely for WiFi. The place has two lovely guest lounges and WiFi was accessable. That problem solved. My bedroom was comfortable and has good storage space for clothes and belongings. Okay shower room could do with a coat of paint but what I care about is the useability of the shower. Some guest houses install lovely looking showers and I cannot control the temperature: too hot or too cold. My shower at this place could be set to my desire at a decent warm setting and it stayed at that setting. Sandie was very helpful and made my stay great. She was very friendly and approachable. It is a great location but up an incline from the town centre. Very near to the pier, the tramway, shops and restuarants, and Happy Valley. The breakfasts I had everyday were cooked lovely, and portion sizes was decent

Before I stayed I was aware it was a guest house not a hotel, so was not expecting hotel facilities. So if you book here bear that in mind.

Sandy was very friendly and we chatted as I checked in. Truth be told, I was shattered after hiking for three days and had a couple of blisters on my feet due to my hiking and I was slow on my feet walking through Llandudno and drained them with a safety pin, had a shower in the room, and rested up. Llandudno is a lovely town. I am sure I will be back. And the fireplace downstairs in the breakfast/dinning room blew my mind, whoever built that is a good stonemason. No doubt.

Brilliant B&B exceeded our expectations. Sandi the owner and staff were all lovely. The breakfast was spot on sets you up for the day. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Great location the pier is just down the road and the tram that takes you to Great Orme is just up the road.

No fault of the B&B parking isn’t the best you will get that with all the B&B’s. You just have to take your chance I had to drive around the block a few times and was lucky enough to park right outside the B&B. Also make sure you take ear plugs with you the seagulls wake you up around 4am 😂. Again no fault of the B&B.

Breakfast was nicely presented, cooked well and served with care. Very good selection of cereals and croissants.

Nothing bad to report. We felt we were valued as customers and enjoyed a comfortable, quiet night in a central location. The bedding was soft and spotlessly clean as were the fluffy white towels. The street is pleasant and near to some good restaurants plus a short walk to the beach. The owner is thoughtful and helpful.

Proprietor was very welcoming and helpful, the hotel is very handsome and well kept, and service was delivered very calmly and cheerfully

The en suite has a small step up whcih proved rather hazerdous as I slipped and fell. It was my own fault but I think it is advisable to display a warning sign about the step as it's easily forgotten when trying to dry yourself in a small space after a shower. The Room was very small about 6 ft square but certainly adequate at such short notice. The street was rather noisy until about 11.30 and I was unable to close the large sash window.

excellent location close to great orme tram station and a few minutes walk to the pier and town centre. breakfasts were excellent good choice of cereal with a few pastries and jams . cooked breakfasts were superb hot plates (which always helps)really good bacon and sausages and extra toast if needed. room comfortable nice bed good shower .

nothing about b&b just found that you had to book somewhere if you wanted to eat out in the evening, and a few places stopped serving food after 7. once we'd got that sorted happy days.

Both continental and full English breakfast provided in bountiful supply with a variety to choose from exceeding our expectations. The location of the hotel was only a few minutes walk from the town centre and promenade. The host (Sandy) and her staff were always available for consultation and happy to help and resolve any issues and provided guidance as to what to do both locally and afar (on a rainy day).

The long drive from Scotland to Wales due to the unpredictability of train journeys due to the rail strike.
