+ 1 min walk from the airport + delicious breakfast (love the coffee) + spacious room with a nice view + friendly staff

Rooms spacious & clean, enough towels. Staff friendly and helpful. Secure hotel, parking is ok but top deck where hotel was located was closed at the time due to snow as a precaution but other levels easily available and lifts working.

I thought the desserts are over priced for what you get. Example £6.95 for a small bite size brownie & two small scoops of ice cream. More tea bags required in room. £12 parking fee, is this new as i thought this would be part of the overall charge and don't remember paying this previously. Adding the parking makes this hotel more expensive for someone staying just one night on business and not flying.

The food was great, we had Breakfast and Dinner there. The bar had a good atmosphere and all staff were very helpful. Great being across from the airport, but we couldn't hear anything Cleaners were very helpful as we had run out of coffee and they stocked us up even though the room didn't need attending too.

Everything was great. The room was comfy and spacious for a family of 3 and had everything we needed. The drinks and snacks are quite expensive, but we expected that due to the location, it didn't stop us from ordering.

Basic hotel but ok No fridge Not a negative but the hotel lift only goes down to the reception on 5 th floor IF you are dropping off a car drop first and walk DONT use the arrivals car park then check in then drop car 30 mins cost me £25 !! My fault Advice Drop first THEN check into the hotel

Very large room with that was well equipped and clean. Breakfast was adequate. Good choice for continental and very tasty bacon and sausage for sandwiches as cooked options. Further cooked options would have been nice. Would suggest explaining about parking fees on the advert as seeing a £58 parking charge on the sign on arrival was a sudden heart attack. The hotel overrides this fee to a £12 overnight fee which is reasonable.

Undrinkable tap water due to maintenance works. Two small bottles provided, which was welcome, however buying more downstairs was £5 for two small bottles.

The hotel is right outside the airport so all we had to do was cross the road and make our way to the reception. Check-in was quick and easy. Our room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom with shower had toiletries, towels and hot water (with very good water pressure). The room was very quiet and considering the hotel is right next to an airport, this is great. Breakfast is also included and had good variety, we are very happy to have spent the night here. Check out was also very quick. Considering the comfortable rooms and fantastic location, staying here is definitely good value for money particularly if you have it just had an early morning or late night flight.

Location brilliant. Short walk to the terminal. Room was up to standard. Friendly and helpful check-in. Parking great. Staff very friendly. Bar and restaurant available.

Limited hot breakfast menu due to a problem with the kitchen (only bacon or sausage barm cakes). Also toilets in restaurant/reception were out of order. Having checked out before going for breakfast had to get a key card to go back to our room. No remote for TV. Requested another but this didn't arrive.

Almost everything was of a good standard except for the dinner menu. This was disappointing given the relatively high price. We opted for the Madras Curry and the Thai curry. The Madras, at least, I would say was a ready meal from the likes of Tesco. And the rice was of a cheap variety. This was not what I would call good value for money. The breakfast menu was somewhat limited, only offering scrambled in the egg department. The receptionists were all very helpful and empathetic of the circumstances and did all they were asked to help cheerfully and without quibble. The rooms (of which we used three) were comfy although the maintenance could be a little better. For instance, in two of the rooms the toilet seats were loose. One was in a disabled suite and should, really, be kept in perfect condition. Also the sink tap in that room was: a) very stiff which may be difficult for somebody disabled to operarate. b) only the temperature could be controlled as it was of a design that didn't allow for adjustment of the flow rate and was very fast and splashed all over the place. Actually, the sink would be better placed next to the shower instead of directly in front of the toilet. I'm not disabled but even I had difficulty manouvering around it. Check it out. Get a maintenace man to try sitting on the toilet. The hotel was very convenient for the airport and it made our stay, under difficult circumstances, much easier than if we had needed someshere else. Due to our situation we had to accept the higher-than-usual price.

Perfect location for accessing the airport as it's just a short walk across the street.

There were very few choices on the menu and they didn't match the QR code shown in the room. The hotel was also under renovation so we probably didn't see it at the best time. Although apparently there was a way to be dropped off without a fee, it was not clear where it was and our friend had to pay in order to drop us off. They should put in better signage to show where the hotel drop-off is.

stayed here many times because of the location. The breakfast as always was really good and unlimited and hotel and rooms are spotlessly clean. There is shampoo and conditioner, shower gel and moisturiser and hand wash and lotion in the rooms. Tea and coffee is supplied and if you run out you can ask for more from the wonderfull reception staff

The only thing i can mention here is the bed, itwas a little on the hard side and the pillows were too soft for my liking. BUT that is my problem and not the hotels
